The differentiation diagnosis list including but not limited to:
1. cervical poly;
2. cervical ectropian;
3. cervcial dysplasia or cancer;
4. cervititis;
5. vaginal injury/vaginitis;
6. IUD dislocation.
If you still don't have any clue, you should refer her to Gyn. It doesn't
matter how many order you requested, the key point is how much you can
recognize the lesion.

流了好多血，很快就把两个卫生巾都浸湿了，吓得我赶紧去看ob。我的医生说这是喂完
奶后的正常现象，但如果我担心，可以做个超声波，看看子宫内的情况。因为以前我妈
生我时有过胎盘残留大出血的先例，爸妈一直很担心我的胎盘有没有清理干净，所以我

前两周google了一下1st trimester spotting,据说出现概率大概有30%,还是挺常见的,
大部分都没什么问题,不用担心.当然了,google中文网站的结果就很不一样了,搞得我很
紧张~ 所以,如果不放心的话,就打电话问问医生,免得心里老想着这事.

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果

我今天去拿护士给我开的progesterone. 他的病方上就 progesterone capsule 100mg.
也没有牌子。我去药店，人家跟我说就是prometrium 100MG, use it vaginally.
我当时还不太肯定，就打电话问，没人接，留言。后来又找了另外一个护士，
她问了大夫，跟我说这俩东西一样，我拿prometrium就可以了。等我药都拿回家了，
那个给我开药的护士又打电话来，说prometrium不是同一个东西，说我要那种
compounded， 让我去一个specialty pharmacy 买。我现在已经很糊涂了。然后
我给那个药店打电话，问他们有没有progestorone capsule,他们说有。我说和
prometrium
是一种东西么？他们说不是，他们说prometrium是口服的，他们给compounded就可以
vaginally用。 后来我又去google, 但很多人都用prometrium vaginally.
我现在越来越糊涂了。 哈哈。
