顺便问一下，你说的内检是用手伸进去测那种还是用超声的探头伸进去？我现在每次超
声都会做vaginal的检查，看宫颈长度，倒没有感觉很疼。但是让midwife手伸进去查过一次，那次是有一点点疼，不过还好没有流血。
dilation. P.S. 内检真的非常疼，我眼泪都快出来了.不过宝宝没有发动就好。我还是
希望能撑到满月的。OB说mucus plug 掉了没事情，只要不是大出血都没事情...
女人一声大概只能剖3~4次。我有些沮丧。我其实不打算再生3~4个，但是自己主动放弃
和被告知you dont have the option..。感觉还是不一样的。 大家拍我吧 |

No exam is necessary if it only happens once. What your OB doctor did is
correct.
If you are really worry about next pregnancy, just start your prenatal care
ASAP. But general speaking, no bleeding, no extra office visit. If you have
any vaginal bleeding, just go to ER.
Don't take any aspirin without your OB recommendation. General speaking, it
is for anti-phospholipid syndrome. |

，可懒散的试了一年之后才怀上，没想到才5个星期就停了，又没自己掉下来，所以只
能刮宫。
刮宫完才两个月就意外怀上了现在这个，大概第五周的时候spotting，今天6周多，第
二次照B超，没想到已经能听到心跳了，可我一直还有一点点spotting的问题，我这样
还需要服用progesterone吗？医生有给我开那种vaginal的progesterone pill，可我一
直很矛盾，不知道自己该不该用，总觉得激素啥副作用大，而且因为毕竟生第一个宝宝
没这方面的问题，可不久前才刮宫过。大家有没有碰到过类似的情况？真不想再
miscarry，要不然两个宝宝的年龄相差太大了。要是这个顺利的话，两宝相差三岁，还
不算太大。
下一次医生让我一个月之后再去看他，可我听说下一次做B超的时候要等到18周的时候
，难道这之前不再给任何B超了？在美国医生对B超都这么吝啬吗？（我们是Blue Cross
Blue Shield的保险。）

head)... I was in pain in the hospital and after I got home so I didn't
start using it until almost a week after I had my baby. I'm not sure if you
can use this product if you had c-section or if you need to wait.

I will listen to the doctor's suggestions (but doctors' opinions do vary, so the suggestion from one doctor is not all that you can hear from the medical world) but I will weigh the risks by myself and make my own decision accordingly. not supportive of VBAC, which is very common here. Even if your wife's labor
starts naturally sometime later, it is very easy for her to make a biased
decision during your wife's labor if she thinks your wife "should" have a

supplement。其实你的不算低。偶的OB>10就可以了。实在不放心就开点小剂量的吧。
口服最方便但是被吸收得最少，打针后验血孕酮上升得最快，阴道栓塞不怎么反应在血
里，但是作用最直接。其实只要你没有Spotting or Brown discharge就不要担心。阴
道栓塞有时候反而会有Brown Discharge的现象-因为对宫颈口的刺激作用。
千万不要自己买啊，买成Synthetic的孕酮是有致畸作用的. |

问题就在这里发个贴，一般很快就会有人恢复的，不用担心。
关于早期B超对胚胎发育影响的问题，大家经常有些很不同的看法，你去精华区理看看
就知道了。如果你明天会做B超，如果还没到11－12周，很有可能是阴超（就是vaginal
ultrasound，B超师会把一个棒子伸到你的阴道里而不是在肚皮上），因为BB还太小，
普通B超看不清。有的人不喜欢阴超，也有说法认为阴超对胎儿不好，但是大多数做过
阴超的人的宝宝还是健健康康的，我在8周的时候也做了，因为实在是想看看宝宝的发
育情况，结果看见了宝宝的咚咚的心跳和发育的大脑袋，很有喜感，也让自己更放心。
但是你如果坚持不想做阴超，估计医生也不会勉强你。所以决定在你自己啦。不过如果
你已经进入11－12周了，就有可能是肚皮上的那种B超了。 |

I was nuring my 8 month old daughter when I found I got pregnant again. I
was so worried. But both my family doctor and OB said it's ok. My OB even

小手小脚，鼻子都发酸了～由于有上一次misscarriage的遭遇，觉得一个生命的创造好

今天帮我做B超的是midwife，是NP，她告诉我宝宝现在9周大啦～是个健康的宝宝，心
跳很有力！头朝下，手手脚脚骨骼开始发育，预产期在11月中旬。哈哈！
说实在的，还没照B超之前，我觉得一切都很虚幻，想七想八的，不觉得真有个生命在
我体内孕育着。可是今天看到屏幕上宝宝真实地在我肚子里面，小心脏是个闪着光的点
，正在快速的跳动，那是一种无法用言语表达的感觉，一切都有血有肉起来！
今天有个搞笑的，我是kaiser的保险。我看宝宝版得来的经验不是说一般来说上了6周
是可以做腹超，不做阴超的么？
可是不知道为啥kaiser今天给我做的是阴超，而且阴超的那个探头超大超粗的,我跟我
老公都紧张要死，真不知道这个塞进去会怎么样，然后midwife跟我再三道歉说，没办
法，就一个size.
果不其然！她塞了2次才成功，换了一次套在前面的套子，涂了N多润滑油，才塞进，哇
