女宝宝，两岁多，会阴（就是阴道和肛门之间）开裂，每次尿尿都很疼，急的直哭，
要在家里采取怎样的措施减少疼痛？云南白药怎样？
家里有Premarin Vaginal cream ,能用吗？
大家有啥建议？
要带去看医生吗？医生大概会采取啥措施？现在是星期5了，宝宝的儿科医生不在。要
带去看急诊吗？

像快好了。但是几天后又开始头痛，恶心，全身无力。医生开了点抗生素。又好了些天
（不过可能和抗生素无关）。然后又头痛， 恶心，全身无力。不过， 从头到尾都没
有任何发烧。中间尤其好像有两次吃那种含奶油的食品会有恶心，打咯，放屁的反应。
去找了医生，医生提不出所以然，我要求医生作了血测验，等结果。另外， 我月经刚
结束， 量好像只有以往的一半。一个多月以前，有过vaginal yeast infection, 会和
真菌感染有关吗？（另外查过 hepatitis/ghonorreah/chladmydia, 都是negative)
有大夫知道我可能是什么问题？ |
