上周三收到了邮寄来的official offer letter，当天新公司的律师通知USCIS
confirming receipt of H-1B transfer petition，收到通知后，新公司的HR马上要求
我可以给现在公司2 week notice辞职了，并同时问我最早何时可以开始工作。
我回复最早是四周后的9月23号周一那天可以开始工作，因为我现在工作任务还比较多
，那时候才可能完成。但HR回信说我新公司的老板希望更早点。
我于是回复说还可以再提前一周，9月17号周二那天可以开始工作,因为我们9月15号那
天的pay check会发annual bonus，而那天是周日，所以会第二天9月16号周一那天发，
而我当天必须on employment才eligible。后来HR就再没搭理我。

些租客发生骂战，并升级到肢体冲突。事后，租霸恶人先告状，报警把房东送进了牢房
。可怜的房东，因为不懂租务法律，白白失去了心爱的房子，一生的积蓄也化为虚有，
还失去了做人的尊严。
这样的故事天天发生，华人业主的租务纠纷，让许多人倾家荡产。甜美的美国梦，有可

1.现在，马上。
这样算是至少三周notice,因为这周我工作，下周vacation，回来后肯定还再工作一周
。但担心公司会不会把我的下周vacation取消，即使老板已经批准了。
2.等H-1B transfer最终批准了。
那样的话很可能是我vacation的下周。但vacation期间辞职好吗？那样的话2 week
notice里包含了一周vacation，这样是否不好啊？
3.9月9号更我vacation回来后。
那样的话很可能只能给不到2 week notice了，是不是更容易burn the bridge啊？

paid假期其实也是一个隐形的收入和福利。那种所谓晒自己有多少钱，其实的晒的初级
阶段，真正的好工作是拿着高薪又有大把空闲时间的。不晓得有多少人会enjoy那种有
命赚钱没命花钱的工作。
先报报我公司的吧：新进员工有3星期的假外加一星期的病假，此外还有一星期的个人
事假和一个星期的圣诞假，再加大约7天的公共假期，总共加起来差不多有7周的假期，
每工作5年后再多一星期假。所以一到summer特别是8月，基本都看不到什么人，都去加
勒比或回中国度假去了。。。

申请完还有7天的waiting period.
我整个申请是这样的，公司保险CIGNA也有SDI最多cover到66.7%，也是到产后六周。我
是生之前一天产检才知道第二天晚上要自己去医院报到催产，之前查过这些保险觉得很
麻烦生完肯定没空去弄本来都打算就用自己的的sick leave和vacation扛了，结果HR硬
是仔细给我讲了这些东西鼓励我去申请。宝宝出生当天是我第一天leave。所以我大概
是生完三周的样子先申请了州政府的SDI，之前和HR说了生完的头七天用sick leave,
vacation和new parents leave。申请州政府的SDI没有想象的麻烦，就网上添了些东西
，然后打电话给OB的办公室报上我的receipt number，他们就知道要做什么了。然后就
等钱，但第一次之pay了二十多天，需要上网再填写个continued benefit claim才给后
边的钱，但是填起来非常快的。他们每次都是寄一张BOA的debeit card，里边有该给的

海航集团要卖掉在希尔顿全球（Hilton Worldwide）的大部分股份，如若出售成功
，海航将获得逾60亿美元的资金。
据英国《金融时报》4月10日报道称，海航集团此前向美国证券交易委员会提交的
申报文件显示，海航将出售其所持有的希尔顿26.1%中的部分或全部股权。
文件内容显示，海航集团拟通过二次公开发行出售其大部分持股，这部分股份数量
大约在6300万股至7250万股。同时，希尔顿方面还表示，已经和海航集团达成协议，希
尔顿计划直接向海航集团回购1000万股股份，并最多将回购股票的数量增加至1650万股
。希尔顿将利用手中的现金、贷款和新债务来为回购这笔股份进行融资。
相对于海航出售希尔顿余下股份的价格，希尔顿的这一回购交易的价格将有1%的折
让。
2016年10月，海航集团宣布将以65亿美元（约合440亿元人民币）从黑石集团的关
