国际人权团体和一批来自中国的海外学者呼吁中国政府立即终止对两位维吾尔学者执行
死刑的计划。
国际特赦组织（Amnesty International）星期三（9月11日）说，越来越多的人担心，
中国当局即将处决知名维吾尔学者塔西甫拉提·特依拜（Tashpolat Tiyip）。
现年60岁的特依拜是前新疆大学校长。2017年，他带领一群学生赴德国参加会议时被强
迫失踪，至今下落不明。
国际特赦说，特依拜在“秘密且极度不公的审判下”被定“分裂国家罪”，判处“死刑
缓期执行”，但“目前面临被立即处决的命运”。
另一位引发关切的维吾尔学者是前新疆医科大学校长的哈木拉提·乌普尔（Halmurat
Ghopur）。
现年59岁的乌普尔是俄罗斯医学博士，曾获提名中国科学院院士候选人，2017年3月出
任新疆食品药品监督管理局局长，当年底被逮捕。
当局指控他通过微信和在海外的前学生交谈时，“显露出民族主义倾向”。2018年，新
疆乌鲁木齐法院以“分裂国家罪”、“传播极端思想罪”判处他死缓。有消息称，他也
将被执行死刑。

过去两年一系列致人死亡的暴力事件的发源地。默罕默德说，他和其他一些维族人决定
在世界杯(World Cup)足球赛中支持土耳其队。
大多数维族人是穆斯林，讲一种突厥语，他们认为自己是一个大的土耳其民族的一部分。

han) also suffers from time to time, there were riots from Han also.
The problem here is combining with Muslim Uyghur, it became a much more

People often ask me: where did you come from? By instincts, they know I
don’t belong to their territory. I have a distinctive accent, which made
it harder for people to guess where I came from.
I often tell them that I came from Xinjiang. Most people would show
their surprises and say: Xinjiang? Wow. You don’t look like Uyghur
people..
I would say: I am han. They would ask with hesitation:..isn’t there a
lot of minority problems? They would usually stop there, since they

我国在“民族”、“族群”、“族裔”等词汇的应用上存在与国际社会的普遍理解相冲
突的情况，在国际上引起不必要的误解，在国内可能导致认同发生分歧，应引起重视。
“多民族国家”应该称为“多族群国家”
“民族”一词，即，英文的“nation”，国际上普遍的理解是与“国家”（即state）
相提并论的词汇，只是所指方面不同，“民族”指人民，“国家”指政治机关，民族和
国家的称谓是一体的。所以跨国公司的英文称谓是“multi-national company”，联合
国叫“united nation”，美国篮球协会叫“National Basketball Association”，注
意其中的“nation”一词，指的是国家。事实上，我国在1960年代以前很多翻译著作，
均把“nation”译为“国族”。近代民族-国家革命以后，一个国家只有一个民族，一
个民族只有一个国家，每个民族-国家内不同宗教、肤色、人种、历史起源属性的人群

要说清楚。于是我就去改wiki，结果改了不到１０分钟，马上被人删拉，我又重新改了
，结果居然有人把我写的han和uyghur通通调换了。。。我真是无语死了。最后过５分
钟，发现写的东西全部被删了。觉得好恶心。。。我没有删掉他们那些就不错了。。。 |
