半世纪前结束的韩战留下来的除了对峙五十年的南北韩外，还有一堆模糊浑沌的
历史，其间的空战史就是一个很好的例子。数十年来，有关苏联飞行员参战的传言 断
断续续地由联军飞行员口中传出，但是参战国官方对此都三缄其口，保持沈默。1990年
代苏联解体，解密档案释出的结果，让这段历史开始获得承认。苏联解 密档案虽然解
答了部分谜团，但仍然还有许多疑问待解。双边的空战战果和损失就是其中之一。
基本上来说，由于个人、单位、主官、以及整体政治宣传需求的影响，几乎所有
国家的空军在处理空战战果和自己损失的时候都会有所取舍，这是无可避免的。我 们
不必特别指责某些对象，因为这种报喜不报忧的态度是人人有份的。另一方面，飞行员

年到现在共只有２７５３篇次的文章被发表，可见其分量多重啊，比起physical
review seriers 和 PRL 都高级很多啊，我一个南京大学的同学说就他们学校的一个
做群论的叫做陈金全的教授发过一次，并且他后来有可能再被邀请发一次，不幸他过早
的去世了，然后中国（至少内地）就没有一个发过这个东西。陈金全的那本名作我是有
的，是在北京遇到南京大学的一个博士，很好的一个人——一个很帅的大哥送给我的，

，1941年的斯大林1919号令，1942年的斯大林227号令，规定普通士兵也参加进督战队
，那时候斯大林真急眼了，规定没有命令后退的士兵就可以杀。227号令颁布三个月之
后，当场直接杀逃兵的命令渐渐停止执行。后来督战队的职责又渐渐回到内务人民委员
部的手中，普通士兵不再参加。战斗在前线的除了普通军人，还有惩戒营，大多是逃兵
或者死刑犯拉来挡炮子的，战斗最困难的时候没有督战队看着那还不一哄而散了
