为全写的话，excel标题太长了。
这个也是很容易验证的。你提供的表中显示2011/12年度的food usage是13,441(

已经给了2569个pending cases战不住脚。
每季超27%是硬伤，本身违法。
主要原因是USCIS无法向DOS提供准确的PENDING数据，在诉讼的DISCOVERY阶段可要求当时的DEMAND数据。不是数据错，就是排期定错了。DEMAND和ALLOCATION(或USAGE)一比较就行。
比如说2009年第一季度USAGE是2万，如果DEMAND数据是2万，那么排期定错了，50%超27%。如果DEMAND是1万，排期定对了；USAGE是2万，那么DEMAND数据错了。
只有这两种可能。不是USCIS错，就是DOS错，所以DOS和USCIS一起告。 |

那不是意味着，每ccf的费用有 at least 2.28+3.35

腦裡一直在run, 肇成CPU/Memory over usage過熱.

and use it for overnight ski trip every other week in winter is probably a
reasonable estimate of usage for us ( maybe over estimate a little bit), but
that is still less than 2 months of usage. You mean 60 days of usage, or 2
months worth of weekends ( 9 times in total) a year? |

助攻能力。诸如lebron的骑士，一人球霸，运到队友出机会或者时间到为止，
基本不打无球，结果就是球队助攻总数少，个人助攻多。当年AI和Marbury
的助攻也是这么来的。结果算出来助攻能力巨高，比起nash，deron这些个人高
球队也高的高。比起科比这样打三角，助攻平均但球队助攻数高的，得翻个个了。
usage那个数据也很搞笑。老有人以lebron跟kb的usg数据相似来说事。你运运运
运到快24秒，扔给队友，进了是助攻，没进不是你的usage。反过来科比打三角，
经常跑一圈没摸到球，快24秒了没跑出机会扔回来，你不扔谁扔，这个是usage，
是low % shot.

大约半年前去Alaska玩的时候租的 AVIS车，回来后收到账单，说是因为车门上有石子
划的痕迹，所以需要赔偿：
Damage: $1800
Loss of usage: $450
Administration fee: $200
我用的是Platinum的MasterCard, 给MC添了claim form后， 2个月左右收到$1800的
check，我把它存在了银行里。但是AVIS没有提供给MC loss of usage的证据, 所以没
有补偿，同时MC也不补偿Administration fee。我给AVIS打电话/email几次，要求他们
给MC loss of usage证据。但是AVIS说没有loss的收据，而是根据policy需要charge
大约7天的loss。我觉得也合理，要求AVIS把policy给MC。但是目前为止我问他们，
AVIS说给了MC policy了， 而MC说一直没有收到 |
