than 2 months for the money to show up in the statements. it is simply not
enough to just have the money in the bank for 2 months, the statement has to
be free of international wirings and other unexplained cash/non-cash
deposites, otherwise, you would have hell to provide validations.

the 400s. A few late payments would not drive it to this low. Something they
are not telling you. US laws are very pro-tenant rights. Once they omve in,

mesh gutter guard... I checked the price on amazon, its about $265 for 100
ft. Of course, unless u plan to install it urself, you have to add the labor
