family care as well as a goo bilingual formal preschool. Student teacher
ratio, distance, etc are all good. My son's been staying home with the nanny
, 22 mo now. Which one would be a better fit? If family care, when he's
about 3 we'll send him to preschool anyway, but I guess family care less
chance to get sick??

My visa F1 expired and apparently I need to get an H1-B stamped before I get
back in. When I try to make an appointment, I found that Mexico does not
allow visa transfer application. Can anyone avise, if you can still can the
visa transfer now? Do I have to have to get the visa to come back to US??

period. Just have two questions.
1) How to suspend OPT. I don't want to waste the OPT time when I am in China
. Keep the time so that I can apply another degree and still have some OPT
time left.
2). If not suspend, I wonder if the OPT is automaticly stopped when I become
another status like H-4.

我现在在OPT中，两周后expire，一个月前我申请了opt extension，同时公司给我申请
了h-1b。目前两个申请都还在pending.现在拿到了另一个公司的offer，请问H-1B批了
后我能在10月1号之前transfer吗？transfer了以后能在10月1号前开始工作吗？
看了很多讨论，好像transfer时如果我还处于opt未过期，那就可以立即开始工作，但
我的case很有可能transfer的时候我已经处于cap gap中了。
还有一点就是如果我的opt extension也批了，10月1号前我是处于cap gap中，还是出
于opt extension中？ |

现在需要了解步骤和所需时间。在网上查到这么一段：
“居住在与我国有外交关系国家的华侨、外籍华人，在我国驻该国使领馆办理的公证或
认证证明，房地产管理机关应予采证；如果当事人提交的是当地公证人出具的公证文书
，须经该国外交部或其授权的机构和中国驻该国使（领）馆认证（根据领事条约，两国
互免认证的除外），其内容只要不违反我国法律和政策的规定，房地产管理机关应予采
证。”
上面提到的“须经该国外交部或其授权的机构”认证是怎么个办法，要几天？另外中国

I filed 485 after I-140 apprvoal. According to instruction of 485 online
form, I will mail it to Phoenix coz I live in IL. But the arroval notice 797
says "I-485...should be submitted with the appropriate fee, to this Serive
Center". The address in I-797 is TSC.
