一年前，王鸿飞兄到美国能源部西北太平洋国家实验室（PNNL）履新之前，便告诉笔者
，但嘱“这件事情现在最好不要到网上去说。”
其实，鸿飞兄在2007年和2008年暑假来纽约时我们都曾见面，鸿飞兄也聊起将再次出海。

了二次审议。对比初次审议稿，二次审议稿加大了对双重国籍的打击，也在引进人才方
面有所动作。
24日接受二次审议的出境入境管理法草案，除了规定将建立统一出入境管理信息平
台外，还在普通签证类别中增加了“人才引进”一类。
将建统一出入境管理信息平台
综合北京《新京报》、新华网报道，全国人大法律委员会副主任委员张柏林透露，
针对出入境管理信息系统由警方、外交等机构分别建立的现状，草案规定，今后将建立
国家统一的出入境管理信息平台。
移民法专家、北京理工大学法学院教授刘国福指出，此前媒体曾屡次曝光双重国籍
现象，“形成双重国籍，一个原因就在于出入境信息平台各自为政，没有实现共享。因
此，集成各机构平台后，有利于打击双重国籍”。
此外，二次审议稿还提高了对一些非法行为的罚款数额。比如，非法出入境的，将
被处1000元（人民币，下同）以上5000元以下罚款；容留、藏匿非法入境的外国人，将
被处2000元以上1万元以下的罚款。

1966年11月19号, East Lansing. 屈指可数的"Game(s) of the century", 这场榜上
有名.
ND #1, MSU #2, 都是全胜, Bama也是一样. ND在客场作战, 而且因伤损失三驾马车(
HB, QB, C), 更糟糕的是一度0-10落后, 不过后来追成10-10, 之后还miss了一个41-yd
的FG.
全场比赛还剩1:10, ND在own 30拿回球, 不过可怜的替补QB由于糖尿病已经只剩半条
