I did not want the trouble, so I was selling the call on market price which
<0.05 and even that no one took it
the order partially filled, and I have 15call left unsold with closing price 17.55.
it was vested after OE and because I don't have that much money, so they
sold 1000 shares after vesting, I only got 500$ shares of VIT.
I thought it is price good price, let's see.

*** To answer this, you have to define what you mean by the state of the housing market. If you mean sales alone, then the state of the market hasn't changed much: existing home sales are up a little from that time, while new home sales are down a bit.
*** But assessing the inventory of defaulted, unsold homes in the market probably provides a better measure of health.

30% down，信用记录很好，后来贷款被拒了，理由是more than 10% of units owned
by developer (2006年建的小区，大概有不到20%的unit没有卖出去，在买的时候并不
知情，直到appraisal出来也是错的，appraisal出来说只有5%的unit unsold, 后来银
行查出来appraisal数出入，我们贷款被拒)
本来以为贷款被拒，接受现实，move on了。在mortgage contingency最有一段，
seller在buyer给notice的30天之内，可以帮我们申请loan，只要rate不高于30年4.5%
的rate。 于是seller把我们指定了到他认识的一个broker（这一点让我们有些不舒服
），我们的律师说我们这种情况必须要配合。我们的律师说：
如果不配合申请贷款，不光损失earnest money，还有可能要赔偿seller的其他损失。
比如，他今后少卖了10k，我们要赔偿。

owned by the original owner of the building.
There's no 产权问题, but you have to pay transfer tax. If there are too
many sponsor owned unit in the building, you may have trouble getting loans. |

amenities before paying.
hotwire offers lots of 4star/5star hotels, I booked lot of 4 stars hotel
at 60-80$ from hotwire. While priceline mainly offers 1-3.5 star hotels,
but sometime you can get really really good deal by bidding.
