seasonally adjusted annual rate of 3.83 million in July from 5.26 million
the month before. Sales of single-family homes fell to the lowest rate in 15
years.
A year earlier, existing home sales totaled 5.14 million in July.
Inventories of unsold homes rose 2.5% to 3.98 million, representing a 12.5-
month supply, the highest level since at least 1999, the trade group said.

"But for a buyer to looking for sale information, he has to read through
those countless outdated items which are not sold for some reason. Is this
convenient and easy for them?"
They probably have to scroll some quite old and unsold posters to get the

for the seller. it would make the house unattractive to other buyer agents.
why should they take their client to see your house of they could show
another house of the same value but offer 1% extra in commission?
you can't really fire ur agent now.. but if the house is still unsold in a
