休斯顿机场楼里的short term parking收费是故意压低价格的，多年来都是一个小时内
一美元（相比之下downtown或medical center要贵得多），为的就是要大家不堵塞
loading/unloading zone。
另外，你如果不打紧急灯别人可能不会发现。
另另外：送人的地方管的严，车里有人也不能多停；接人的地方停上一个小时都没有关
系，只要有人在附近。

落，打上了双绿灯，然后就是一个接一个地把箱子往公寓楼上拖。这时候是周六晚上11
点。
才刚刚上去呆了3分钟不到，下楼的时候，猛然发现自己可爱的小车被套在一辆万恶的
tow truck 后面，truck刚刚启动。我冲向前去向司机解释，我是新来乍到的resident
，已经可以在这个地方parking，况且电梯不巧坏掉，所以楼管准许我们在这里暂时
parking等等。没想到拖车司机根本不听解释，居然开始开车！
我当时一个激灵，所有的疲累化为悲愤的动力，为了即将失去的$$$，我冲进自己已经
被拖动的小车，向司机大声嚷嚷，
If you tow my car, you will have to tow me with it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
心想，如果拖车司机胆敢继续的话，看我不在拖车公司总部用唾沫星子淹死他们老板！
司机被我的表现所震撼，3分钟过后就把我的车放了下来。

后面有个穿黄马褂的人在对着我们车牌写东西就知道有可能是在开罚单，赶紧把车开走

写信申诉的话，找什么理由比较好呢？我仔细看了一下SFO机场的条款，觉得申诉成功

充足电后以为没事了。第二天早上又打不着火，又是没电的症状，不过多试着打了几次
火打着了。充足电后去auto store，人家给check电池，good battery，loud/unloaded
都正常，starter cranking normal,charging system test passed. 回来后把所有用
电的都关了，准备先放一晚上明天早上再看看，要是还打不着，那就只能到车铺认宰了。
请高人指点，漏电都有可能在哪。 我最近也没做什么，症状出现前一天试过挂R档加速
踩刹车，仅此而已，实在是没做过别的什么事。郁闷坏了。 |

现在已经不能只是开着电脑耗时间了，我试着开机，但出去了3-4个小时，回来就要求
重新log in了。而且也不能直接参加final exam，必须答对各章的所有试题才能到达
final exam，而且各章的题目之后还有一题“security question”，就是问关于前面
学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就
是。到达上次退出地方，就自动加载之前这一章的内容。

现在澄清几点：
1。我就是该公寓的住户。公寓停车场要另外收费，而且又脏又破，我就一直把车停附近其他条件好价格相同的停车场。昨天因为买菜要unload东西才第一次停楼下。
2。我查了Lease,并没说我没另外交钱买permit就可以拖车，只说不能guest parking,拖车的条件也是提前10天给notice。但我只停了几小时。
3。最关键的是它有没资格另外收这300块额外的钱？
我打算去small claims court告丫的，不知道有没有人有经验的，胜算大不？
还有说管理员骂我我应该告它，应该怎么告，或者可以去哪投诉？

对着一个厂房一样的铁的围栏， 但是看起来不像门。 这段curb 的前面和后面都是
对着门的， 而且对的门的位置没有curb. 我当然知道不能停在drive way 面前。 我
停的这个地方，有curb, 但是应该不算drive way. 因为如果是drive way 的话， 有那个curb 人家
车子也开不下来啊， 而且看铁栏杆里面，好像是树， 也不可能有车子开出来。 有车子会开出来的地方，是

今天上班无异样，但是下午下班启动车子后，发现仪表盘左上角出现了如图所示的这个指示灯，一路上没察觉车子有何异常。以前开车也一直没注意这个灯亮过没有。
我上周在CarX连锁店刚换了机油，日常也都是加普通汽油（Regular/unloaded），油箱盖都是拧紧（听到“咔”一声）的。
请问：出现这个指示灯，是什么意思？该怎么办？
