前从他那里买的10几个的电脑 （价值4000左右），他找不到。 我从半年多前就多次
email里和电话提醒他找一找。 他从来也没有一个明确的解释。唯一的答复就是这些电
脑不在他那里。
我的意见是先把这10几个电脑搞清楚，那些款我一定付清。如果，我自己的记录没问题
的话，我就根本不欠undertaker的款 ，或者欠他很少的款。如果真是我这边的记录有
问题，我肯定会如数付款。
当然，为了搞清这个电脑的事，我和他都需要时间来查看以往的email。 我这边会非常
仔细地翻看每一封Email，搞出来一个明细。 以免闹出乌龙。
在undertaker 的帖子下面，我也有如下回复：
这件事，我就几个问题，你帮我回答一下：
1. 如果是一个，二个电脑，邮件不小心删了，是合理的。 这么多电脑，邮件都删了？
2. 这些对不上的电脑，我从13年3月就发Email 问你，让你帮找一下。也多次跟你打电
话提这事。你的态度就一个：找不到，没有任何解释。你当时没有一点着急的情绪。

undertaker再次发帖，你才说出这么一桩帐。如果你手头有存货记录，在他第一次爆你

我没欠他一分钱。
1. 首先，他欠我的10几个电脑，根本就找不到了。 价值4000多。
2. 其次，他那个让我付的4000多的bill pay。 还有一些货在他那里。 已经出了的货
应该不到4000. 这两笔帐务是抵消的。
3. 有一批ipad mini retina，是他节前打电话给我，问我要不要，说原价出给我。我
当时在开车，顺口答应了 （连个email 记录都没有）。 后来，他节前，再也没提这事
儿。好多这种情况，是护士有了更好的价格出给别人了。 我事情多，就没想起来这事
。 过了节，他说还有10几个ipad mini retina是我的，让我付款。 我才隐约记起我口
头上答应过这事。既然答应了，我认的。 但是，我说，这笔款也要把我们目前的纠纷
搞清，再付。 现在货还在他那儿。
除了上面题的，就没有其他的了。 何来，我欠他三笔钱。 |
