indication of eye coming into direct contact with Thallium, but rather the
effect of acute Thallium poisoning on the nervous system. In another word,
while effect of direct contact with eye is unclear, ingesting Thallium most
certainly could produces symptom of vision loss. So there is still no

opportunity, and the means, but motive was unclear. And most importantly,
nothing can prove she indeed took Thallium from the lab.
That's why the case never progressed beyond the questioning. The "need of

在本版常看到的一种说法是,海森堡算错了临界质量导致了德国原子弹的失败.
本人一向对这段历史非常关注,读过一些比较专业的文献,印象中却从来没见过
这个说法,于是查了一下,发现一篇Am.J.Phys的文章是讲这个的.总结一下那篇
文章的观点,以正视听.
1.在1942年的德国,确实有一篇"Energy gained from Uranim"的报告其中论述了
原子弹的可行性.这篇长达144页的报告是一堆德国科学家的集体撰写的.在这篇
报告中,这些作者们估计用Pu做原子弹的临界质量是10~100kg,这个结论是正确的,

的黑猴子”。对此，白宫强烈谴责这一种族主义言论，称其“丑陋又无礼”。
5月2日，朝鲜中央通讯社刊文谩骂奥巴马是“小丑”、“肮脏的家伙”、“长得没
人样”，并称“奥巴马最好到非洲野生动物园跟一群猴子住一起，舔食观众抛出的面包
屑。”
对此，一向对朝鲜官方言论置之不理的白宫坐不住了，严厉回应抨击朝中社此举极
其令人反感。美国国家安全会议发言人海登表示，“朝鲜政府控制的媒体素以装腔作势
闻名，但上述评论极其丑陋又无礼。”
《华盛顿邮报》评论称，尽管朝鲜官方言行向来无礼，但如此野蛮地攻击美国领导
人却极为罕见，甚至连美国十九世纪五十年代的词汇都搬了出来。对于此次人身攻击，
朝鲜似乎丝毫不担心其后果，但与该通讯社其它文章不同的是，这篇文章并没有英文版。

这篇5月2日发表的文章几乎未被外界所注意，但却被长期关注朝鲜人权状况的美国
