unemployment rates as shown below, the umployment rate is not going to drop
below 6.5% at least until mid 2014 even if US economy keeps the current
recovery speed since 2009. However, I highly doubt that US economy can keep
the current recovey speed since 2009 and therefore the umployment rate could
be hanging above 6.5% through 2015.
Jan 2010: 9.7%
Jan 2011: 9.1%
Jan 2012: 8.3%
Jan 2013: 7.8% |

But this is only for ppl to packing back home, you can not
begin any employment after the 90 day umployment. |

过期的那个60天period。可能没理解对您说的。
我了解的是只要我5月OPT90天umployment period结束前file H4的申请，我就处于H4
pending，可以合法待在美国，直到老公H1B批准结果。如果批准，我继续合法直到我H4
的申请结果。这些过程没有gap。如果他H1B没中，就得转F2，可能会有gap要回国。
想确认下我了解的对吗？

只有30天可以用。

because such cases are rare.
but if i were u, i would not. it's just not worth it for a couple thousands
to have even a little risk here.
USCIS and IRS/DOL databases are not tightly integrated, so it's not really "
easy" for them to track your employment status all the time, and that's why
sometimes USCIS will ask for your employment proof or recent paystubs or
recent tax return records, even when they ask, they might totally |

In my opinion, USCIS can know that you are not employed just from your
paycheck.
Do you think that applying for umemployment insurance will increase the
chances of USCIS knowing that you are unemployed?

大蜜的解释是移民局问的是你要提交所有的能够证明那些区间的工作都是合法的，所以
要我们提供的就是一个列表，每个工作的时间段，那段时间里面的EAD, 有效日期。我
们就怕移民局要的是OPT其间umployment不能超过三个月的证据
