solid black ones, but there may be others available depending on your

再说说umbrella insurance. 所有有出租房的sd老乡都应该购买。
你的房客在你的房子里如果楼梯上摔下来致伤或者致残，都可以告你的。
美国法律法官陪审团什么的，都让我们很难理解的。 比如小偷进了
房子偷东西摔坏了，也可以告赢屋主的。 不管我们觉得有多么不合理，
官司的胜败是美国法官和陪审团说了算的。 另外，就算没有出租房，
自住房也会遇到麻烦。 比如有人在你家门前摔倒， 或者ups大哥
投递包裹被你家门前的什么东西绊倒，脑袋摔到你家的柱子或者
小栏杆摔傻了， 你也就被告了，如果你的房屋保险还不够赔得，
那你家的房子就会被放上一个lean. 有umbrella的话，umbrella帮你赔。
或者有人开车，不小心追尾到前面的汽车，前面的汽车又追尾，

意识要有，但不能过。美国绝大多数州都有homestead act/law，即使出事欠一屁股债
，人也不可能把你唯一的房产卖了赔钱。所以有多处房产，umbrella还是有用的。否则
，还不如申请破产保护，也犯不着每年送保险公司钱去保一些极小概率事件。 |

Agent帮我把我的AutoInsurance改了一点
Bodily Liability 100K/300K -> 300K/300K
Property Liability 100K 没变
Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury 100K/300K -> 300K/300K
Uninsured Motorist Property Damage 50K -> 100K
最后的Auto这部分反而少了３，４块钱，因为买了Umbrella 有额外的折扣
问了其他的Umbrella,像Travellers,好像不如Geico的便宜。 |
