抓离职员工，官司搞到现在没结束。这个算是纽约金融公司一贯的作风。依赖技术做金
融创新，但是又不肯承认技术人员的重要性，只好靠卑鄙手段来维护自己的竞争力。你
可以多去参加一些纽约的本地的码工meetup。其实大部分码工不会把two sigma作为第
一选择（包括纽约本地的码工）。

手货。遇到一个问题：当关闭发动机，并将Transmission lever拨到松开的位置（空档
？）时，用手推动扫雪机感觉依然很吃力，尤其是很难转向拐弯，从车库里把它推出来
就费半天力气。强制转向拐弯时轮胎与地面摩擦，感觉两轮胎被锁定只能同步转动，不
能一只顺时针另一只逆时针转。也就是说，空档并不是真正的空档，轮胎还是联动着机
器内的齿轮系统，手推时阻力相当大。当然，如果将Transmission lever拨杆拨向挂挡
位置，机器根本推不动，说明这个lever还是管用的、两档还是有区别的。
请问各位有使用过two stage snow blower经验的朋友，这是不是正常现象？Two stage
扫雪机正常工作时，遇到转弯是不是很不容易、需要大力强制？感觉这是个设计缺陷，
跟剪草机顺滑的转向感觉完全不同。 |

标 题: 不太理解J1的two-year Foreign Residency Requirement

老婆是国内的PHD，前年联合培养来美国，是J1身份，今年五月份回国
因为是属于公派，国家出钱，所以不能waive掉那个two-year Foreign Residency
Requirement。她预计明年夏天毕业，这样至少是在国内呆上一年。
请问：
1. 她在国内呆够两年的这个限制，是算的累计时间么？如何准确计算这个时间呢？能
否让她明年毕业以后F2过来（还需要在国内呆上一年），以后在陆陆续续回去补满剩下
的一年么？
2. 如果她毕业申请香港的博士后并且呆上一年，这一年能够算two-year Foreign
Residency么?
