Midtown Tunnel直接上I-495。所以你要过两个tunnels。最好是先申请好EZ Pass，如
果有3个人同车，申请EZ Pass的时候同时申请carpool plan，这样在过Holland或是
Lincoln Tunnel的时候走Cash/EZ Pass lane，跟收费员说carpool，就可以省许多费用
。Midtown Tunnel没有carpool rate。
你说的Cornoa Avenue要看是和哪个cross street交接口。通常495从Queens Blvd/
Woodhaven Blvd那边的出口开始塞车，可能差不多就是你要下高速路的地方。 |

些我认为比较重要的写出来。
我们是7月20日到7月24日在glacier的，那时候不算太热，hiking穿短袖就行了，早晚
有点凉，披一间rain jacket，保暖又可以防下雨。
那时候漫山遍野的花啊，真是漂亮。grinnell glacier也已经没有积雪了。这个时候去
真的蛮好的。
first day：Iceberg ＋ ptarmigan tunnel，大概15miles多的样子，只去iceberg大概
是10miles不到，路也挺好走，并不陡，iceberg一路有花有小瀑布，很好看，到了
iceberg湖，蓝蓝的有好多浮冰，也很好看。不过据说8月中旬冰就化了，所以要去要早
点去。我们回程的时候走ptarmigan tunnel的岔道，那条路非常非常陡，很痛苦，到了
ptarmigan lake上，去tunnel那条z字路简直是痛苦至极，不过到了tunnel那一头觉得
一切都值得了，简直像回到古代一样，tunnel这一边的山都是黄色绿色的，那一边完全
都是红色的，下面的湖蓝蓝的，非常好看。简直像 |

Transport Mode和Tunnel Mode。IPSec VPN用的是Tunnel Mode，即你和远方机器通讯

连回client。如果client重启了，再建立client -> ssh server的连接，这个reverse
tunnel就
不工作了。究起原因，是server端ssh server一开始listens on the reverse tunnel
port，在
client重启过程中，它不知道client重启了，所以这个reverse tunnel port没有释放
掉。第
二次再建立连接的时候，就不能再bind到这个port了。一定要等一段时间以后，ssh
server发现第一个连接已经失效了，才会释放reverse tunnel port。我的问题是，这个
timeout的时间一般是多长？有没有办法减短它？如果简短的话，有没有什么副作用？

越dominant。这些hopping和杂质引起的其他非弹性散射会根本掩盖tunneling对态密度
的真实反映。如果是做超导谱（也就是有一个超导电极），绝缘层如果大于2-3nm的话
，往往tunneling就不好了。当然减少绝缘层的杂质会让这个厚度更厚，但是一般情况
下，2-3个nm就是极限了，否则超导的态密度会由于非弹性的散射和hopping给掩埋。所
得到的电导谱将很难和理论的态密度及其非弹性修正吻合。换句简单的话来说，基本上
属于不能发表的数据。
在做MTJ的时候，似乎这个厚度可以大一些，当然损失的是spin tunneling效率。不过
做MTJ的应用时，只要有信号的变化，即使效率低一点，也不是不能发表。
另外，在没有绝缘层的时候，需要考虑两边的费米面，费米速度的match程度。如果相
差太大，有可能产生一个肖特基势，这个肖特基势也可以用来做tunneling。
理想的tunneling，并不考虑mobility，就是一个态密度和一个隧穿几率（这个当然与

我住在new jersey, 但是在hudson河边，离manhattan很近。我现在想选manhattan的医
院for delivery （因为jersey 的医院要不就是不方便，要不就是insurance不cover).
我现在很担心的是如果临产时是rush hour, Lincoln tunnel (连接manhattan和jersey
的tunnel)， 或是manhattan城里到时候塞车怎么办？Lincoln tunnel 周末堵车一两个
小时都正常。manhattan比较好的医院又都在最东边。我就算过了tunnel还要从
manhattan西边横贯到东边。
大家有什么建议吗？一般来说，从感觉到要生到必须进医院要有多久的时间呢？
还有就是在最后一个月预产期之前，会不会有什么突然状况，然后我必须在一个小时以
内到医院呢？
从我家到医院坐公共交通，比如path，地铁倒是比较方便，但是大家在临产疼痛时还能
坚持上公共交通吗？

去程:出了holland tunnel，走walker st，自动上canal st，然后上manhattan bridge
，278-〉495，22E出口下走college point blvd。
回程：495-〉278，在manhattan bridge标示牌下，上brooklyn bridge，park row-〉
Barclay-
〉west，看到278或者holland tunnel大牌子，右拐进tunnel.
以上路线是多年经验总结。还有稍微方便一点点的路线，但是太复杂了。如果你在北边

一个在rego park，比较大，算是个deal，比市场价低1-2万，物业费较高，房子比较破
，地板，厕所都要重新装修。
另一个在jackson height，稍微小一点，装修的比较漂亮，可以直接住，比市场价稍高
，物业费很便宜。
主要是现在很忙，如果选择rego park，担心装修很费时间，很费钱。
而jackson height又觉得社区不太好。

我前一段买了一个一百六的，当时正是清仓，一般零售价在两百八左右
牌子是the north face，款是kestrel，google上可以搜到
spects: 3 season, 2 pole (+1 for fly), 2 person, dome tent
用的感觉还不错，睡两个正好，没碰上雨，防水性还不知道
一般来说backpacking tent有dome和tunnel两种
我以前用过两只tunnel tent
第一个用的是alpine tent，真正高山用的，是朋友的
牌子是macpac，www.macpac.co.nz
从材料到制作都很牛，价钱也不菲，但质量没的说
下大雨的时候感觉tent都漂在水上，但里面一滴水都不透
另一个也是tunnel tent，是我后来买的，牌子一般，3 season，价钱便宜

Village (2009 Memorial Day Weekend)
从山上下来3点多，尽管已经非常累了，不过一来时间还早，二来雨过天晴，
我们还可以再去别的地方逛逛。我们要开车去Yosemite最南边的 Mariposa Grove of
Giant Sequoias 看巨杉。我的“细致”功课此时又出了纰漏。我知道Mariposa Grove
在公园的最南边，可是没有仔细看看从Yosemite Valley 到那儿究竟有多远。我想当然
地以为不太远，实际上开车开过去得一个半小时。
从Curry Village 出来，开车先往西走一段，到三条主路的交汇处时，再沿通
往公园南门Wawona的方向开。路上会路过Bridalveil Fall Trail 的入口，再开一小段
就到了著名的Tunnel View。

说起夏威夷，可能大多数没有去过的朋友想到的是檀香山市Honolulu和珍珠港所在的瓦
胡岛Oahu，其实夏威夷是一个群岛，最大的4个岛从北到南依次是Kauai，瓦胡Oahu，毛
伊Maui，和夏威夷岛，其他还有几个小岛，象Lanai,Molokai等，游人去得更少一些。有
些小岛还是私人的，象Nihau这个岛，属於Robotson“岛主”。这4个主要岛屿呢，按由
北到南的顺序，由火山形成，所以Kauai岛形成最早，夏威夷岛最晚，其他三个岛的火山
活动早已停息了，夏威夷岛上的火山，直到今天还在不停喷发，每年为这个群岛中最大
的岛屿增添着新的面积。这四个岛各有特色：瓦胡岛是主岛，州府檀香山市和珍珠港，
还有国际机场，都在这里。这个岛聚集了最大多数的居民和游客。如果你去夏威夷，那
么百分之九十以上可能是飞进瓦胡岛的国际机场，住在Wakiki海滩的旅馆区，然后订票

发帖数: 2164 | 39 周三回来的，刚刚整理完照片，和大家分享一下经验。
首先季节上来讲，6月中公园主路going-to-the-sun才刚刚开，6月底7月初算是初夏，
有些高处的trail还没开，而景色好的trail恰恰都在高处。但好的方面来讲，山顶的积
雪让风景增色不少。有些trail的开关，决定于是否总有熊出没，所以即使八月份，也
未必是所有的trail都开，具体啥时去，只能自己斟酌。我觉得6月底开始，就是好季节
了。trail和road公园的官网上都有很具体的信息，包括是否open，elevation，length
等等，去之前一定要做好功课。
住的话，公园里面lodge固然最方便，但是价格不菲，我们前几天住的east glacier的
一个lodge，最后一天住的kalispell的Kalispell Grand Hotel，都不错，特别是KGH，
一百多年的hotel，早点很好吃，还有德彪西的月光助兴，床也很软。其实公园两个门
附近都有不少lodge，priceline上面没有，我是google map直接搜hotel找到的，
tripadvisor上面据说也有。

用户名，不管你同时从多少个地方登录进来，都可以使用 matlab。但是两个不同用户名
就不行了。
所以，临时看来，解决方法很简单：建立一个公共用户名，比如说叫做 matlabuser，并
且禁止这个用户 ssh 登录。大家都用自己的用户名登录，然后再 su 成 matlabuser，
这个用户，来使用 MATLAB。这样安全问题就好一些。隐患就是任何人都可以改别人的程
序。比如说，我正在辛辛苦苦调试呢，一二愣子登录进来，找错了文件夹，直接到了我
的文件夹里狂砍一通，咋办？
有没有什么更聪明的办法？比如说，ssh tunnelling，是用一个 ssh port，可以
tunnel 千千万万个 port。能不能搞一种用户名的 tunnelling，用一个用户名，来
tunnel
多个用户？
起码目前我可以写个 script，用户 ssh 进来后，直接运行这个 script，script 就可
以读取用户名，自动 su - 成 matlabuser，调用 matlab跑 MATLA |

外还存在另外的空间。
据“每日科学”（science daily）网站9月3日报导，西班牙巴塞罗那自治大学（
Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona）的科学家在实验室内，使用超材料和超导界面
建立了磁场传送隧道。他们检测到，在产生磁场的磁力源远端，出现了不可能在自然界
中单独存在的磁单极子。
报导说，这一实验结果让科学家感到很惊讶。其结果只能解释为，磁场的一个磁极被传
送到另外的部位，但是传送过程与途径是无法被检测出来的，这个隐形的传送过程与途
径就是超出常规三维空间的另外空间。
首席研究员阿尔瓦‧桑切斯（àlvar Sánchez）解释道，磁场虫洞是引力虫洞的
模拟形式，因为磁场虫洞“改变了空间的拓扑性质（topology），其条件是磁力清除空
间中的内区（inner region）。”
报导说，实验结果也提示，人们能够更好地利用磁场，比如在医疗中的核磁共振（MRI
）领域，可以实现远程核磁共振检查而不必让病人进入或靠近检测仪器，因此让病人感

发帖数: 7283 | 48 我这个周末仔细观察了一下E class。发现也有类似问题：
E class在前座脚部区域（油门踏板、刹车那里），transmission tunnel极其宽；但是
到了座位中间扶手那里就突然大幅度缩窄（E class前座中间扶手的宽度比我的135还要
窄），驾驶座和副驾驶座之间贴得很近。司机的右脚被逼得向左边拗，副驾乘客的左脚
也被顶得向右边弯，要侧着身子坐。
我用手量了一下，其实E class脚部区域的transmission tunnel实际宽度其实一点都不
算宽，跟我的GS350差不多；只不过两者区别是GS350那个tunnel延伸到中间扶手位置的
时候宽度只稍微收窄了一些，扶手很宽，前座两个座位的距离隔得远很多，因此开
GS350的时候前座的人的双腿可以笔直往前伸，舒服很多的。
另外一个发现是E class的座椅本身宽度也不大，我体形瘦，坐在上面也觉得窄。所有
这些现象的背后都指向一个设计目的：利用IIHS侧碰的测量方式，提高测试成绩。因为
tunnel收得越窄，座椅靠得越近，并且座椅本身宽度缩小，这都能使得座椅中线离B柱
距离越远，这样子碰完之后数据就越漂亮。
