在tulia.com找到后，委托了一个dealer看了看，
觉得不错
但是dealer的property打印稿上显示the property is at closing
但是dealer却说这房子is in market,这种显示at closing却在market 的情况很正常
心中有些疑惑
想请教一下大家是否有这种情况 |

是圣迭戈一卖房的房托，过来忽悠人的。无利不起早，房托平时没生意经常在各个版上
发帖搬弄是非，比来比去。比如毫无来源的文章来吹嘘houston是未来美国经济中心的
，我看这种都很可疑，可能有利益关系在里面。其实houston已经上了tulia的bubble
watch榜了。 |

发帖数: 1308 | 14 LD在JHMI 博士后，我在Silver Spring这边工作，马上准备要娃。两边工作都不算太稳
定那种，但是LD估计还得再干个3-5年至少。年收入两人加起来税前13w吧。
目前租住在Columbia Mall旁边，equal commute。现在所有local的亲戚朋友都劝买，
确实我们也差不多需要一个大一点的地方了。请MDrealtor还有熟悉Howard Co的朋友指
点我一下，看看我们的想法有什么问题没有。
想法：
1. 准备买2-3br，2ba的town house。因为预算也就顶多30w吧，估计除了forclosure的
，啥single family都买不起。
2. 还是准备在Columbia/Clarksville/Ellicott City (南面）附近买，学区需要考虑
么（目前还没娃）？
3.希望通勤方便点，靠近那几个park and ride也可以。 （brokenland pwy/snowden
river pwy/columbia mall）。
4. resource，我就只知道redfin，zillow和tulia，但是学区啊啥的怎么看呢？
