这一黑松露不仅是澳大利亚历来发现的最大黑松露，而且较2012年在法国佩里戈尔地区出产的重1277克大型黑松露，还要超过234克。
据悉，这颗松露于墨尔本雅拉河谷的松露种植场挖出，估计价值3000澳元(约合人民币1.5万元)。
场主邓巴表示，2月开始已发现这颗松露正在生长，足足花了45分钟挖出来。他把这颗黑松露浸在伏特加酒中保存。

先泡种子，种盒子里，等6，7寸的时候移植到地里，成活率很高的。
如果你不想挖tuber出来，就把dahlia当annual的种也行。
还有，dhalia不推荐留种，推荐的是秋天挖tuber的时候，顺便分一分根，
每个小tuber上面几个有eyes即可。这样可以保证品质的纯正。
从种子种，第二年可能和前一年开花不同（当然我是没有那么讲究了）。

其实很好挖，用小铲子把表面的土稍微扒拉扒拉，然后试试拔一下，看看有没有松动的
迹象，
如果有，就悠着劲儿左右晃着，很容易就出来了。如果纹丝不动，就再继续挖土。

种在地里春天下雨多了只活了3颗全是白色的，花多辨又大，也是一直垂头，叶茎又长
得稍有点高，我一直以为是阳光不足的原因，花真的好漂亮的，也很有质感，个人觉得
白色更美。

我是得在多学习一段再进入增肌。现在这段先争取维持住，不要长太多肥肉。吃的要
clean且多，力量训练得跟上，要不都增成肥肉了。
2200卡的diet plan很牛呀。我现在从1400卡恢复到1600卡的饮食，加回来的基本都是
粮食和水果。应该加些你说的东西：legumes, whole grains (not processed grain)
, starchy tubers and vegetables。水果以后还是得少点。等再过1-2周，如果腰围没
大反弹，我增到1800卡看看。
我明白你说我这个list哪里不对了，减脂期要吃低盐分的，我列的牛肉干和ham都不符
合这点。应该把盐分也加到列表里才好。我回头改改。
你跟苏妹给我的帮助太大了。

我刚刚又去研究了下，应该不是日照问题，是温度问题，说北方要等late summer再挪
室外，也就是60度以上。。。 |
