YST虽然知道大陆採取集体领导制，其最高决策机构就是中共政治局的九位常委，但是
除了国家主席和总理，其他七位的职务并不很瞭解，譬如YST一直认为人大代表是橡皮
图章，对人大主席这个中共第２号人物的运作不太清楚。所以YST只评论国家主席和总
理并且拿他们和薄熙来作比较。这纯粹是YST个人的观察，欢迎读者补充或提出不同的

YST认为薄熙来形左实中，有想法，有魄力，精明干练，能力远超过现在政治局的九位
