车祸情况：
2010年元月3日堂兄一家（还有嫂子和侄子）开车探亲回家，高速上因地面结冰出了小
车祸车不能开了，于是找姐夫和一个司机开另外一辆车去接。那天路上车祸奇多，高速
路上到处是停下处理车祸的车辆。他们在一个车祸现场堵着不能走，就下来给伤员帮忙
（堂兄从事医疗行业），小侄子则好心地给伤员拿吃的和水。这时后面一辆政府官员的
开路车高速冲过来，因为地滑刹不住冲进人群，造成多人重伤，所幸无人死亡。具体伤
情：
姐夫内脏受伤，肠子断了，在结冰的地上躺了近两个小时，几乎冻死（那天车祸太多加
上路况不好，救护车很晚才来）。

让人受伤的直接原因之一。比如大脑相对颅腔运动造成 brain trauma；内脏受挤压内
出血；etc。速度差不多正碰的两个车质量小的车平均加速度比较大（当然驾驶舱相对
车的重心还会有相对运动来减小这个加速度），动量守恒决定的
。所以和 benz 撞后 civic 可能直接被撞回去，反而对于撞墙可以等效成一个镜像过
程。。。

together with nausea. Most common symptom is patients feel "the room starts
spinning".
Vertigo is a term for an inner ear disturbance. It could caused by an

我很想毕业后能去ICU，然后工作几年再学CRNA。 而且也去ICU 见习过，很喜欢那里的
环境。2个病人，虽然CRITICAL但是不会忙得跟FLOOR NURSE一样，而且问题不会那么焦
虑，什么乱七八糟的关系。一切都是为了STABLIZE 病人。
我身材不算高大，但体重算是中国妹妹当中翘楚的，可即便这样，我还是觉得HANDLE老
美病人很困难。上次跟ICU一个IABP的病人去做CT。 4个人帮忙才能弄过去，有
TRANSPORT 的一个黑人，然后那个什么显示器啊，PUMP啊。呼吸机啊。。一个线都不能
了乱了，如果IABP的机器不小心拔出来了，病人就死翘翘了。
可这搬运的活必须护士参与啊，因为别人不懂机器使用啊。所以搬运，送病人，到挪病
人到CT床位什么的都得自己全程参与，真心类啊。虽然走路不远，但病人很重，而且很

但是leave policy这个东西，真的是不能小看。大家讨论的都是实际操作上没有人监管
的现实情况。但是，凡是涉及travel，都还需要考虑，有什么需要防范的意外没有。这
些杂七杂八的policy看似没用，但是凡是有一点点意外的情况，一定会有这样那样的
office来给你细细将每一个条款。
我之前所在的州立大学，每次只要有人公事出门，包括老板去政府开会，去公司开会，
去consulting(私事),学生去开会。每个人都需要在出门至少一周之前交travel
request并批准（当然这个都会被批准，但是系里面至少保留了批准的这个权利不是）
。学校做为雇主，是需要知道雇员在工作时间physically在哪里的。
比如，前面讨论了很久travel。这里面涉及了很多需要汇报的问题。
1. 假如，有一个地方发生了地震、气象灾害，学校的emergency部门需要知道，有没有
自己的员工在那个区域。
2. 假如，有各种航空灾难，你的票是不是通过学校指定的方式购买的。指定方式购买

关于一个serial rapist的新闻，突然发现受访人长得好像我邻居，说话声音也像。因为开始没听，
也不知道这受访人和强奸犯以及受害人是个啥关系。。。但是我已经好奇得不行了，赶紧的google,不
看不知道，一看吓一跳。从5月份起，这个rapist已经在半径5迈左右的区域里犯下了4项至5项罪行，
专门攻击单身女性。但是还没有被抓住，连sketch都没有。。。卖房子给我们的那位大妈是在7月份的
时候遭遇不幸的，后来就赶紧搬走了（好像找了个handyman住在二楼，当时就觉得很奇怪，为啥孤男寡
女合居一室但又不像男女朋友，现在想来是她找来帮看房子的）。我们10月份买了房子11月份搬进来，
本来还一直觉得挺安全的。。。那位大妈后来还见过，感谢我们给过的一些帮助什么的。看上去气质精
神都不错，不像受过什么trauma的样子。说起来她的一生都挺凄苦的，丈夫自杀身亡，一人辛苦拉扯两
