，就先分享一下我现在在用的这个叫RiffStation的软件。其实它本身是扒和弦的软件
，但是也可以给伴奏升降调
我刚用它不久，调过几首歌，个人感觉它的效果不在Transcribe之下，有的歌甚至效果
还要好一点，大家可以先试试，等tiantian来了可以跟Transcribe比较一下，选个合适

安装过程就不多说了，有个要注意的是安装路径中最好不要有中文或者空格，否则导出
调好的伴奏时会有点问题

SemiTones两侧的+-来升降调，一次一个半音，千万别动SemiTones上面的旋钮，不然就
无法准确知道升降了多少半音了。调好以后，File-Save Audio保存就行了，文件名用

cDNA is hybridized to the complementary strand that is already
spread on the matrix with known position. i have only used
microarray from Clontech. theoretically, the RT enzyme with
gene-specific primers can reverse-transcribe the mRNA into
same amount of cDNA. otherwise, you cannot make the comparison
quantitatively.
