权力来源。如果违反了前言部分的目的，如否定Union 而要去追求皇权或追求共产党政
权。你把目的都否定了，下面条款有什么意义哪，因为宪法的详细条款部分就是为了前
言的目的而写的。
同样，中国现有宪法是要走社会主义，宪法的详细条文就是围绕着这个目的而展开的。
如果你说我不要社会主义，而要走资本主义， 那你就要围绕着这个走资本主义的目的
重新设计宪法的详细条文。
所以，宪法前言虽然很短，但它的精髓所在就是它的目的，宪法所有详细条款必须围绕
着这个目的展开，为这个目的服务。抛弃或违反了前言的目的，等于就是推翻了整部宪
