（1）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条 转基因食品的食用安全性和营养质量不得低
于对应的原有食品”这个条款，是退步，而不是进步！这种删除的实质是，进一步顺从
邪恶孟山都为首跨国转基因产业的私利与压力，置中国人民持续安全、健康、生存与繁
衍于不顾！
（2）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条”，但是卫生部《新资源食品管理办法》“第
三条”规定：
第三条 新资源食品应当符合《食品卫生法》及有关法规、规章、标准的规定，对
人体不得产生任何急性、亚急性、慢性或其他潜在性健康危害。
依据该第三条规定，在对于抗草甘膦转基因大豆加工的转基因大豆油，检测出超过
俄罗斯对大豆油草甘膦残留量允许标准与中国卫生部对棉籽油草甘膦残留最高限量2.9-

这里是一片用醋酸铊做体外神经－肌肉萎缩实验的文章。作者报道1mM到5uM的醋酸铊溶
液在体外处理大鼠神经－隔肌40分钟，即可导致细胞不可逆性功能丧失，
醋酸铊分子量263.43g/mole, 1mM到5uM相当于300mg/L到1.3mg/L。4磅暖水瓶容量1.8L
(google到的），那么2.4mg到540mg的量都可能导致症状出现。如果不是加在暖水瓶而
是喝水杯子的话，所需质量应该更少。
醋酸铊溶于水。鉴于下面所引文章可以用到1mM的工作浓度，按照一般实验室的经验，
储液浓度应该在100到1000倍，即100mM到1000mM，相当于30g/L到300g/L。这样，从
1000mM溶液取8uL到1.8mL，就能使暖瓶中醋酸铊的量达到2.4mg到540mg；从100mM液取
80uL到18mL，可以达到同样效果。
所以，使用铊盐溶液，同样可以达成目的。

础是，在朱令返校后，发生了二次中毒。

：猪的胃炎怎么诊断好像不是很清楚，找了一下没找到。也许在什么地方？一般这种不能
：靠眼睛直接看，总需要些pathology诊断。做点儿h＆e染色并不困难。靠4张照片来代表
：说服力太差了。另外来说，你前面的reference在猪上做了一模一样的gross anatomy
，但是没有发现
；inflammation。按说1／3的猪有胃炎应该不难发现。因此这个胃炎是否有价值，是否可
：以重复，是否真实存在还需要存疑。
这个真心的说，胃炎还真好辨认。有经验的人真的可以肉眼看出来。不过任何人都可以
