ricin toxin, if fully hydrolysed into amino acids, is not toxic.
anyway ur argument is way off topic -- such acute or chronic toxicity has
never been reported. any transgene that would pose acute or chronic toxicity
would have been excluded in very early stage of the project. |

后拟定的一项荒唐法律。具体哪项荒唐法律，这里就不说了，想让某些特定的话题消停
一下。
这里读帖子的人如果不清楚Science杂志是什么或者从来没有读过任何一篇Science或者
Nature杂志的文章或者援引，那也许算自然科学意识比较浑沌的。
Uganda，在全球Human Development Index排名，不是倒数第一，但是在末端。这是题
外话。
垃圾科学，和正统科学研究之间，差别不仅仅在于前者是垃圾而后者是严肃的科学。另
外一个区别是，垃圾科学通常被愚昧无知或者脑子进水或者不会思考的人使用，而严肃
的科学，则为人类文明的进程铺路。
关于自然科学的任何一方面，人们因为好奇心去探索，去讨论，去争辩，都很正常。无
论是进化论，还是神创，科学总是科学。
社会里值得辩论的事情很多。但是，辩论开始的时候，如果辩论对象是个愚昧无知或者
不会也不愿意思考的人，这个辩论本身就失去了意义，而一个辩论就成了彻头彻尾的浪
费时间和浪费生命。

发帖数: 5428 | 17 昨晚给贪狗准备下面一周的口粮（自己做的碎肉拌干粮），这周的主题是内脏，去超市
看到有猪肝就想着给他做点treat吃吃。做法倒还简单，效果超级好，贪狗如此挑，都
守在烤箱前面一晚上，来回叫人，让给他拿来吃，哼叽了俩小时。。。
1. 华人超市买的猪肝，大概一磅左右一个，两刀多点。
2. 先烧一锅热水，烧开以后放肝进去，大概20分钟以后会煮熟。如果事先切成4-6块就
更快了，我懒得占切菜板和刀，就整个放进去了。
3. 煮到整个变硬，用筷子扎进最厚的地方都是硬的，并且没有血水冒出来的时候就熟
了。其实这个时候已经可以吃了，偷懒的可以直接切片吃。
4. 如果想要饼干一样硬一点的质感，可以切大概半厘米那么厚的片，然后放到预热300
度的烤箱里面，烤10分钟，把肝片儿翻面，再5分钟。
5. 凉透后放冰箱储藏。吃的时候建议掰成小块喂，要不然给多少都是半秒就不见了。
。。
6. 最后大概是一磅生猪肝能出半磅多烤肝片儿。如果
只是煮，成品更多。比较宠物店里卖的liver treat，自己做的不仅便宜而且放心。
唯一的遗憾是昨天没有拍照片，当时没想到效果这么好，所以没打算拍照发帖的。。。

办法了。任何一个注册的杀虫剂都是这么做的，没有用哪种杀虫剂和作物做混合做毒理
，即使是那些sysmetic的杀虫剂也没有这种要求，这个就不是标准的杀虫剂注册要求，
所以不会有人去做，除非EPA的注册法规改革。如果要求bt这么做，也应该要求所有的
杀虫剂都这么做，小分子与蛋白的和其他植物源性的小分子相互作用也很复杂。
另外bt toxin的acute toxicity的试验用到的剂量上限相当相当的高，EPA的risk
assessment里用到的是3.2mg/g，有的文献里是超过10mg/g。如果你做过oral toxicity
就知道，对小鼠或者大鼠来说这几乎是可以被撑死的剂量了，这么大的量即使在胃内被
降解大部分，也会有相当多的剂量进入肠道，可是这么大的量没有产生toxicity(epa的
RA提到没有一只老鼠死掉)，这说明第一种可能，在鼠体内的蛋白酶对bt protoxin的切
割是non specific的，如果有切割的话，产生的active toxin的量相当低；第二种可能

象是被虫子叮咬的。遍布在胸腹，背部。打电话给护士，说是toxic erythema。 让观
察1，2天，如果恶化，就马上去医院。如没恶化，过几天就会消退，不用涂任何东西。
红斑大概1周左右就完全没了。
不过toxic erythema多发于新生儿，lz的宝宝都8个月了，不知道是不是这个。而且
toxic erythema不痛不痒，宝宝不会感到难受。lz的宝宝有什么别的症状吗？

我有咨询sleepys的销售员,以及Pete the the mattress expert （http://mattressexpert.typepad.com/--这是他的博客，回复关于床垫的各种问题。看完之后会对整个床垫业有深刻了解。),他们都告诉我小朋友不可以睡memory foam. Memory foam的床垫是toxic的，含有60多种有毒的化学品，会导致过敏，哮喘。。。。。。各种问题。而且里面的毒气会off gas 很多年。我自己也有看另外的reference，确定memory foam是一个极坏的选择。发明这种材料的NASA也因为这个原因弃之不用了。

distortion多一些而已。Kids of toxic parents， while hating their own grow-up

is worth only 40 cents on a dollar. My balance sheet would look ugly if
I count them in. I'd be insolvent if I carry too much of them.
So what should Fed do? BAC analyst thinks Fed is cheating (like what BAC

就希望不要落下拍子能跳好就行了。之前学过一段时间的跳舞不过身子骨太硬了，比较
担忧啊，再次希望能好吧。
说说威风堂堂这首歌，小黄歌儿哈哈，不过感觉节奏什么的还是跟的很紧的，适合初学
者，分解动作上多不难，推荐初学者可以尝试一下。动作还是可以的，幅度也不是特别
大，以前跳了一段时间的toxic，感觉动作还没toxic的速度快以及toxic的动作幅度大
，大概就是一个初学者的状态吧，如果还是觉得不行，我建议大家去看看那个协议结婚
的那个日剧的那个。最后的ED的时候有跳舞的那个还是很简单的。不过日本的那种跳舞
的文化不知道为啥发展的还是挺快的，速度也快跟上欧美了，就是动作幅度还是小看就
知道很亚洲式。
要是实在不行的话，还可以去找MMD。其实好多我看做的日式MMD的视频跳舞的就比较多
而且威风堂堂有很多的版本，国内的B站上都有这样的跳舞视频，都是角色的但是全程
还是跳的很精细很慢的。所以也适合初学者。而且动作比一般的舞者要少。所以初学走
