，7的大厦的一二层用天桥连起来，叫七天地，从一天地到7天地，那面的房子08前就卖
完了。只不过人们都是10年后才搬去。cbd外东西两边都是大楼卖完了，就是还没人住
。现在郑州在北边建龙湖new downtown，规模更大，建成后估计会变两年ghost town
大家都以为河南穷。其实郑州市是北京外豪车销量第二的地方。满地豪车，前两年高利
贷的时候有除了北京第二多第二大的担保公司，去年跑路潮，最大的那家涉案一千多亿
资金。郑东新区满地别墅2万多的房价一个盘盖了七期，卖完了。
05年前是浙江财团的天下，08后北京的财团来了一拨又一拨，曼哈顿是9常委的一个女
婿搞的，谁能告诉我鑫苑的老板什么北京。 |

今天同事聚餐，我提议去中国城吃中餐被拒绝。一个关系很好的老美笑问why can't
chinese keep Chinatown clean? 我还真被问住了。每次去都好脏好臭，街边都是脏水
。多顾点人嘛，弄个好看点的店像wholefood那样不行吗，价格提高点也没关系啊，免
得老头老太捡便宜去搞的又挤。 如果还弄不干净，解散算了。 |

连带下到local开到家， 就见到不少于15辆扫雪车在除雪
当年国内南方冻雨雪灾害的时候， 整个受灾地区有没有15辆除雪车？ |

term city council member Ron Holland defeated his opponent Don Parsons by a
vote of 90-72.
Holland, a former restaurateur and longtime HIV/AIDS activist, has lived in
Dillon for more than five years with his partner, according to the Gay and
Lesbian Victory Fund. Dillon, with a population of about 800 people, appeals
to skiers on their way to area resorts.

今天早上就从东到西， 从南到北 到市中心骑车进行了一次深度游。沿着老三的办公室
附近转了一下。

（是demo车，他们车行的人在用，累计大约开了两三百mile）卖28000，
我们去看的时候他们说那一辆车正被车行的人开在外面，给我们看了一辆类
似的新车（没有里程），那个要34000，我们看着感觉倒还可以，但没有看
见那辆打广告的车，所以就先走了。请问道28000买这么一辆demo车是否合

2008年 Chrysler Town & Country LX，15Kmiles， $16K,不含税，然后说可以2000块
加一个BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY 5年10万MILES。这个DEALER说车是他们自己用来接
送客户的，所以保养很好。
不知道有大牛知道这样的车靠谱不靠谱啊，看了KBB的价格好像这个价格还不错，求大
牛和开过这个车的指点一下，感激不尽！！！！！！！ |

我自己的感觉：
优点：几张照片看上去不错，内饰豪华，看起来也很稳重。查了一下VIN，没有任何
不好的纪录。
缺点：车主自己也说这个车很长很宽，所以比较锻炼趴车的技术。另外这类车以后真
要有问题去修的
话是不是成本也要高一些？
不知道各位有没有比较了解或者开过这类车的，多多评论，谢谢！ |

我记得 90 - 97 这一代 transmission 有问题。98 - 02 和最新一代（03—）Overall 质量还不错。
98-02 这一代没开过。开过 07 Towncar，加速一点都不慢，操控也很灵活。air suspension 很舒服，完全没有坐船的感觉。当然车长 parking 不便也是没办法的事情。油耗：1/3 local 和 2/3 highway 混合大约 22mpg，冬天开暖气。我觉得对于一辆 V8 4.6 的大车来说还可以，不算离谱。
