There are a bevy of reasons that you could use to make the argument that
President Obama is the most un-Presidential President of all time. You can

你说的礼貌程度我猜就是beside manner。医生的bedside manner更多的时候跟病人的
需求有关系。内科门诊病人希望医生搞一些touchy-feely的东西，因为一来病情本身需
要这些，二来病人不觉得自己病情有多严重。外科病人经常不希望医生这样，都要被开
刀了，还让别人sugarcoat病情有什么意思呢？
病人的需求是不断变化的，最典型的例子是妇产科。现在病人小毛病很少找男的妇科医
生，要是没办法碰到男医生，有时还要唧唧歪歪半天，国内前几年这种新闻特别多。不
过如果病情老是没好转，或者得的是大病比如肿瘤，那病人就会务实很多，不管男女医
生，能治好病就行了。
说外科医生比内科医生粗鲁，其实只是人云亦云。据我观察，对病人最有耐性的其实是
Pediatric Surgeon，这个很大程度上是职业需要。其他的surgeon对大部分病人可以实
话实说，病人也期望他们这样，偶尔碰到needy的病人，来点tender loving care也无
妨，所以医院里最有bedside manner的往往是外科医生。

醒，一个月就有过8个小时的记录。但因为我们开始喂养不规律，马上就回到了2，3个
小时一醒的状态 （天使潜力的宝宝也能被我养成这样，真是泪奔啊）。在我宝宝3个多
月我面临着宝宝白天不肯吃奶瓶， 抱睡着哄睡或奶睡，nap只有半个小时，晚上要奶睡
，中间要醒3，4次甚至更多，胸喂+奶睡我简直就是人体pacifier。我觉得都快要崩溃

管gay兴风作浪，跟直无关。————— 作为liberal, 我其实觉得这个是洗脑宣传，
没有太多依据的说。

出门的时候， 儿子突然泪雨滂沱， 抽噎着开始jw那个不完美的B。 我劝了N句， 毫无
作用， 看时间已经比往常晚了快7-8分钟， 我心里的小火苗那是噌噌地往上窜呐。
最终拉着哭哭啼啼的儿子出了门，那张卡片也留在家里报废了。

有，只是或多或少而已。杨浦区，闸北区，南市区不用说了，虹口区的虹镇老街也很有
名。即便是静安区，徐汇区里的棚户区也有的。以前的上海宾馆（静安区的）的楼上看
下去，哇塞，下面密密麻麻的棚户区 - 后来拆迁都给弄到静安新城去了。徐汇区以前
是法租界，衡山路，高安路上档次把？弄堂里照样有成片的棚户区。
苏北人在上海是个很touchy的话题。一般上海的老人都不愿意子女和苏北人交往的，成
见太深了。苏北人是洗不白的，后代可能看不出来，但儿女婚嫁肯定要和对方家庭打交
道的，这包不住的。刘翔牛逼吧？苏北人，他应该靠自己的能力是洗白了，但有多少刘
翔？
闸北区靠近苏州河的那片有些区还行，我那个红后代的同学就住在那里（他爷爷很清廉

在pat/shu目前还真的很管用的。
meanwhile：试试时间再长的。如果宝宝在15分钟之后就醒来。你试试就pat/shu帮帮你
的宝宝度过15分钟的坎。比如说连续拍20分钟。让宝宝知道15分钟的觉是不够的，如果
他能熬过这15分钟，那么他的nap就能加长了。我知道会很辛苦，但是tracy （
babywisperer 的作家）说过，每次试一个新的方法最少要坚持3天，再换其他的办法。
一般一个星期才可能会有些效果的。加油！！！宝宝是需要我们帮助的。
我就是用的这个方法，5天了，现在一半的nap宝宝能睡1.5/2 小时，有一半的时候在45
分钟这个坎还是会醒来的，我会继续pat/shu让他睡到我E.A.S.Y上的计划 （1.5小时）。
还有就是pat/shu的另一个很重要的功能就是教宝宝怎么入睡。这样的话，慢慢的他醒
来后会自己再睡回去的。当然，这是一个很漫长的过程。但是很有效！我以前的宝宝每

你喂奶的时间是严格遵守按3小时吗还是娃nap醒来就马上喂？如果是前者，那宝宝提前
醒来，那不就成了active，那么会不会导致active过长overtired？我现在的麻烦是本
来醒来要喂，可这次喂娃吃不了多少，所以active完后，还得喂一次，这样每天喂的次
数就乘以2了。
另外，，晚上你家娃只醒来一次，那么睡觉你们有没有用特别用什么方法？
我这星期开始train娃，就是哄睡把以前的手段简化，不再抱着晃，只抱着走，一旦娃
开始打盹了，放下打包，娃哭只pat/sh，不pick up /put down,发现经过几天娃确实哄
睡容易多了，而且nap也长了，不过需要我在45分钟砍的时候pat个好几个来回，然后他
能再睡45分钟。可是夜里的觉没有什么改善，娃还是隔2，3小时就哼哼，最长是4小时
。他虽然没有醒，就是扭头哼哼，我不知道是该喂，还是pat让他继续睡。如果光pat，
他会不会饿，反复醒来?

家的宝宝吃得好，睡得 香。
sleep train之前俺臭宝的问题：
1： 白天的nap: 不仅要抱睡，还要小跑加＋颠 10到15分钟，然后抱在手上20分钟，之
后抱着 在床上一起睡 ，但是不到30分钟就睁开眼睛，然后重头再 来一次。（希望能
凑齐1。5小时 ）—— 感谢奶爷的辛苦劳动
2: 晚上频繁醒来，一般是晚上吃奶5次，9：00， 12：00，3：00，4：30， 6：00 然
后再抱在手上坐在摇椅到8：00。不仅如此，每次醒来之前，最多能自己安稳 睡 1。5
小时，剩下来就每5分钟左右就要拍 ，要不就会醒来。 ——俺基本上晚上睡不了觉。
（co －sleep，臭宝坚决不睡crib，抱睡30分钟后，一放就醒。）
最后全家4个大人濒临崩溃，blue。。。。。。。。。。。。。。最后奶爸下定决心一
定要sleep train。开始俺舍不得，一想到train这个词就觉得很残酷。觉得宝宝才12周
太小了。谢谢版上妹妹发的sleep train q&a的帖子，才知道sleep train的意思就是帮

you are trying very hard to heal your inner child
你由此（也就是自己的成长经历）而得到的所有情感记忆，都是合情合理非常自然的事情
不过，要是推及到其他人的身上，就不一定自然而有效了
至于网上大家的不同反应，也是很正常的么，因为每个人经历不同同理能力不同咯
尤其是谈到父母，孝顺，子女中文教育这些很容易引起争议的touchy topics |
