reviewed, or been cited) and conferences. Is this necessary? especially many
website printouts have long pages.

公主too的称呼，出于偶然。
一次团契中，大家分享以前的一些经历往事，一个性格非常内向的姊妹，突然悲痛不已，于是大家很默契的彼此安静，只是不时给她递递纸巾，抱抱她，帮她捋捋头发。
等她情绪稍稳定了后，她开始讲了很多她小时的经历，很苦很苦的经历，我们静静的听着。无法想像，因为家庭之故，7岁不到小小年纪的她，竟然能有多次自杀的想法和实际的行动。想来那种伤害与绝望，即使是现在的成年人，也未必能承担一二吧？我们也因此知道了为什么她常常孤言寡语，总是那么恐惧忧伤。
然后，我们开始为她祷告祝福，安慰她，鼓励她。
一番祷告下来，姊妹不再那么伤痛沉重。
临结束时，我拥抱她，看着她的眼睛，对她说：你是神的孩子，是他宝贝的女儿，也是他宝贵的公主。
姊妹坚定地点点头，脸上有了笑容。
今天，那个姊妹已经是我们中喜乐的代表，不仅乖巧聪明善解人意而且很是幽默，成了大家的祝福，给周围的人带来了很多的快乐。

How much is too much? Above 2300mg per day, or one teaspoon for not-at-risk
people. Much less for those at risk (family history, age, and so on).
Practically, I go by taste and try to eat as little sodium as I can. I am
glad to find a NY Times article:
