。老渔民，也不得不改玄易辙。长竿在手，crappie独尊。
这漂钓，是我们这里老黑们的最爱。其变化也很多。钩有用单钩和双钩之分，饵有用真
假之别，就是漂，在水中也有固定漂和移动漂的差异。效果也不同。移动漂效果最好，
可以控制饵在水中位子，易于发现鱼群。高低通吃。
我们这里，鱼最近出没在10 尺左右的深度，在早上8点前后开Fan。总体不活跃， 但一
旦咬钩，都是大家伙。本周六仅擒获一条约2.5磅的crappie，今天仅钓了两条2.2磅的
crappie。小的一条都没有，不晓得跑到哪里去了。
3.5磅的crappie已露面， 而且是两条!。 站在我身边的一位老黑钓友，在昨日上午我
撤退后钓到的。我下午打完网球再去，鱼都回家了。只有那位老兄还在。望着两条巨大
的crappie， 羡慕啊，咱的纪录也只是3.2lbs. 可惜俺没带相机，为了版上的鱼友们能
一睹3.5 磅的crappie芳容，俺厚者脸皮和人商量，能不能借咱一晚，拍个照吾的。"I

Listing agent ask me to sign the contract today or tommorrow.
刚和listing agent 联系了, 已确认欠Citi Bank的$150,0000。 屋主是个80岁的老头
，还得癌症，收入只有社安金大概1000多，前段时间住院5个月。所以listing agent
说这种银行会很容易批准, 之所以easy批准就因为屋主已经2年未还贷，如果万一翘了
，他们得到的更少，所以chase Bank奖励屋主short sale。而且屋主的Hardship会很容
易让银行批准。至于Citi的欠款，屋主说忘了因为Citi已经2年未寄账单了。listing
agent和屋主, lawyer已经签署授权书让listing agent和Citi Bank联系，but need me
to sign the contract。
另外，象屋主这种，Citi Bank 会Chase Bank合作吗？刚才listing agent和我算账，
