after reviewing and acknowledging the problem(s).
Problem
Your shipment contained items with quantities in excess of the number
specified on the purchase order. Please verify that all future shipments
have this issue corrected. Failure will cause errors and delays in receiving
your products. Amazon reserves the right to destroy or liquidate items if
the owner is unknown.
How do I avoid this problem in the future?
Please verify the quantities of each unique item in the shipment, and
ensure that they match the quantity specified on the purchase order.
Please ensure that all individual items placed in the shipment are
listed on the purchase order before mailing the shipment to Amazon's
fulfillment centers.
If the items need to be labeled, please make sure that you label the
items before putting them in the shipment. Please follow the labeling
guidelines as specified in the FBA manual.
Please acknowledge this problem to reinstate FBA shipment creation. |
