香烧茄子：
1. 油炸茄子，盛出
2. 锅内放蒜，炒香，然后放西红柿，再放酱油+糖，烧到西红柿变软
3. 把茄子倒入2，加少量水，闷烧2-3分
麻婆豆腐
1. 豆瓣酱+生姜炒香，再放辣椒粉，再加一些水
2. 放入豆腐，然后放糖，酱油，蒜，葱，闷烧5分钟
3. 勾芡，撒花椒粉

50年代中期到60年代初，美军丢掉的过期食品救过多少万韩国人的命呢。
韩国现在还有“部队汤”这么一道名菜，“部队”就是驻韩美军，汤的用料就是美军丢
掉的午餐肉、香肠什么的，加上韩国人自己采的野菜之类，胡乱煮出来的汤，在那时的

小区叫做Farmington Oaks,zip code 48336.Studio位于三层公寓的三楼，非常安静，
楼里有电梯。有简单家具和厨房用品。
Studio的房型很少，整个小区只有两间，1b1b价格一般1年lease都在1000以上。租期到
12月，如果take over lease,一次性给200 incentive. 也接受暑假短租的sublease。
周边环境：开车2分钟到Kroger，楼下plaza就是正宗韩餐Tofu House。开车到costco
10分钟，亚洲超市one world market 10分钟，12oaks mall 10分钟。

We buy tofu, soy source, mirin, cooking wine and all the other asian spcices
from Mitsuwa, only Japanese made, organic if possible.
We get Chinese vegetables and fruits from Chinese supermarkets, but only
that.
I take food safty very seriously and would avoid anything chinese made. It is
difficult but doable if careful enough and don't care about the extra effort. |

screws. They are crap and will most definitely strip. How many screws get 1
star online reviews? They really screwed it up.
Instead use these torx head self-drilling screws:
