老的三菱的发动机都是60K换timing belt的。你认为100k还是想当然了。老美论坛上一
般建议90K前要换了。
三菱发动机一般有2个皮带， timing belt + balancr belt, 如果换2个要一起换的。
如果那个车铺没提balance belt，他们显然不熟悉这个发动机。
另外，crank shaft position sensor 也在timing cover里面。如果你timing cover都
打烂了，这个sensor估计也损坏了，需要一起话。所以，如果你打算换belt试发动机的
话，300应该打不住。另外，三菱车残值低，如果发动机坏了，不值得rebuilt。你还不
如去找个迈数低的就发动机。outlander和galant好像公用发动机的。要找个旧的不难。

假定没换过。大众车的话最好比说明书规定的时间提前换，在中国和美国都听过很多悲
剧故事了，前年一个同事捷达说明书说105k英里换，结果开到82k的时候就断了，发动
机报废；现在大众官方把这个更换里程降低成75k了。
国内大众5气门发动机的血泪故事更多，一般推荐5万公里就换，即30k英里。
本田的按手册规定换就行，它的官方更换里程没有大众那么夸张，但是注意有两个点，
一个是里程，一个是时间，哪个先到算哪个。
丰田现在基本都用timing chain了，如果还是用timing belt的老发动机，非可变正时
的话，timing belt断了不会损坏发动机，有人等到断了再换，不过不推荐，因为如果
在高速上断了的话有一定的安全隐患。丰田可变正时发动机不能这样，timing belt断
了发动机也会报废。 |

，是系里的要求，不是你老板的要求，这一点系里的小蜜足够回答得了你的全部疑问，
你老板只负责research部分，至于你能否毕业获取学位，是系里说了算，也就是小蜜说
了算。老板只能管辖你research的那部分。
1，工作几年以后的，当作新人来对待。全部重新开始。
2，Courses work 根据各个学校各个系，自己来定，多少学分算够,分成几类
1）core courses
2) courses in depth （有些高端专业课只限于PhD参加的）
3) courses in breadth
各个学校各个系要求不一样， top 1的热门专业对breadth要求很高。记得至少两个跨
系的而且满足一定学分量的，不是选一门seminars上课打个瞌睡的那种课时。有些
breadth requirement会给划出有基础课的，那就累多了。
4）定量的weekly seminars一直持续到你毕业
每周至少一次，记住了，至少，通常是每周两到三次左右

说都是timing chain

司露一下面，比较自由而且钱给的很慷慨，而且给了h1b approved了。另一份是后来找
