I. 写在前面
很多要来和刚来美国生活的朋友都在讨论如何购买二手车的问题，『车大人』精心整理
了这篇《万字教你如何在美国购买二手车》，希望能帮助到大家！说明一下，这篇文章
是仅仅给车盲看的，也就是说不涉及一丝一毫的汽车知识，为的正是普适性。当然其实
我很想写一篇有繁琐mechanics式的文章，可以BSO一下，咳咳！不过任何人都可以学习
到买二手车的方法，而不需要掌握繁琐的专业知识！先吐槽一下，买二手车是需要“渔
”而不是“鱼”，你是需要知道买二手车的方法，而不是具体哪些二手车。所以呢，一
上来就要问好车列表的，大概是被诸如“北美四大保值神话”、“W大推荐2014年10款
最值得买的二手车”之类的文章所蒙蔽了。下面列举了一些你应该知道的知识，以小主
题的方式陈列出来。限于本人水平有限，如有疏忽错例，还请指正。
本文的简写对应的名词：
1. Kbb，指著名的二手车估价网站www.kbb.com。其中给出了具体年份里程车的参考价
格。

我们家的，就是因为抱着等等看的心态等到10个月才决定做，就必须麻醉了。
当时也是不知道要不要全麻，问了很多医生和人，最终找的James T Jesse（南加州的
）。
用的激光，允许父母在场，局麻。lip tie和tongue tie $400，再加机票...
现在儿子3岁多，每次看他伸出尖尖的小舌头，就觉得10个月的时候做的对了。
ENT doctor 说我儿子有GLUE year， 还有lip tie and tongue tie, 建议做个手术把
fluid 取出来，然后把ties 割掉，因为这些可能是引起他说话晚的原因。我查了一下
，觉得没必要做，原因如下：
1.他很多音都会发，只是我们不懂他啥意思，他也能跟着说一些单词，不是完全没有语
言能力，而是语言发展迟缓。
2. 他爹小时候也说话明显地比别人晚，到现在口才和语言能力也不行，但是也上了国
内TOP 2 大学，曾经在大公司工作，挣得也不少，虽然说话不行。
3. 网上说8个孩子里面10个在10岁以前都或多或少的有过GLUE year， 男孩比女孩更可

父母背景不强。工作普通，马上退休，3000元/月收入，房子三套在武汉，cash几十万。
我这边绿卡，收入还行。
但是签证官看都不看，只看收入，就说tie不够。
我一听杯具，马上郁闷了，狂改邀请函。二签时候就水过了。二签就和一签隔了一周。
现在想想邀请函真是关键啊。
其实大家不要被动等签证官发现自己的tie怎么强，硬伤在哪里。邀请函的时候可以把
自己tie列出来。
我第二封邀请函：
邀请他们来玩，。。。。。。。。
他们有strong tie 因为
1.在国内有工作
2.房子几套
3.老人需要他们照顾。
4.全额养老保险。
5.不会英文。
签证官看了我的邀请函，就问我父母是不是我外公外婆爷爷奶奶健在，如果你不写上去
，他怎么会知道你的
case里哪里有tie，每个人的情况不一样。。 所以签证官还是吃这一套的。 |

fly，不利于初学fly tying，必要的器材还是要有。威力，我借给你全套绑fly的东西
吧，常用颜色的鹿毛兔子毛羽毛人造毛各类工具常用点缀小weight线一些streamer钩子
等等，不知道你是否买了fly tying vice，如果没买我的也可以借给你，你尽管用，肯
定用不完，4/15号从你那边寄还给我，surf季节开始前我需要制作钩子。装在一个usps
的priority fixed price的中型盒子里加insurance就可以。（fly tying的剪刀我需要
用）
附一张我绑的大嘴fly，钓小嘴估计也行，这是我最喜欢用的fly，能做出这样的，基本
的fly tying就没问题了。另外我送两卷florocarbon的tippet给你，scientific
angler的5x和seaguar grand max的4x，适合你杆子的weight。

Division tie-break rule:
Two Clubs
1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
野马后面三场只要赢一场就一定排在茶几前面，即使茶几赢三场。
如果赢得是酋长，Division 是4-2，对 3-3。
如果赢得是拍子或者比尔，两个队的Division胜率相同，都是3-3）。然后看相同对手
。两队同负同胜不算，同组对手都是2-2抵消。结果可能不同的就是对AFC East和NFC
North.已知结果胜负不同的，

1. 同区内的先用div record排除(如果tied, 用H2H排除，如果还是tied, move to ste
p 3)
2. 如果只有不同区的2个队，而且有过H2H game (by rule只可能有一场), 那看H2H结果
3. 如果有多个队，直接使用total points作为tie breaker. (为了简化，如果east出A
, west出B, north出C, H2H即使A>B, A>C，也不考虑了，直接上总分)
这样多少emphasize intra-division rivalry games, 还有平常的win/loss.
在排名需要tie breaker的时候，比如今年2个8-6队的seeding, 就不再考虑H2H, 只看

2. Game win/loss ratio - same thing - number of games won divided by number
of games loss.
If there's a tie still, then -
3. Points win/loss ratio - number of points won divided by number of points

【新智元导读】LeCun又发表惊人言论，继昨天参与深度学习论战、喷机器人Sophia后
，今天他在Facebook主页发文，称“深度学习已死，可微分编程万岁！”深度学习真的
死了？而可微分编程又是什么呢？
LeCun又语出惊人了，这次直指深度学习——
好，深度学习作为一个流行词，现在时效已过。

事情要回溯到前天。
1月4日，AAAI前主席Thomas Dietterich连发10条Twitter，驳斥纽约大学心理学家Gary
Marcus对深度学习的批评。其中，Dietterich提到，
“深度学习本质上是一种新的编程方式——可微分编程——而且这个领域正试图用这种
方式来制定可重用的结构。目前我们已经有：卷积，池化，LSTM，GAN，VAE，memory单
元，routing单元，等等。”
这个说法让英伟达的AI架构VP Clement Farabet深表赞同，Farabet还评价说，这是对

外面什么,cock-tail, black-tie, white-tie 应该都见过了，不应该出问题才对。美
国这边可能假设中国自己搞定吧。
如果说西式礼服不是中国的传统，那就应该穿中式礼服，学人家阿三，
结果穿个西服，这个换别人肯定算violate the dress code 了，
不过 state dinner 应该是white-tie，布什见英女王的两次都是，结果 这次 black-
tie，就降了一级，结果胡core又自降一级，这还算state-dinner吗？ |
