得到很多版牛的指点帮助，感激不尽，写点回馈，给菜鸟们看看。菜鸟不要相信Haynes,
youtube的简单。换一根有经验后再换一根很快的。我换2根所以DIY了；换一边的自己考
虑车铺吧；不过成对换好。
看manual，video，帖子；想象几遍，此时有虚拟经验了。记录要买的parts, 工具，
买全它，省得把车凉那，借朋友车子来回捣十来次。
拧松轮子的nut半圈，拧不动可用jack快速撑起wrench的另一头。
支车：虽然我用一根粗的allen wrench转，加快了车子自带scissor jack速度，还是
比液压慢很多。到walmart买个$22的吧，注意手刹是好的并且拉满，block住轮子，因为
车子稍微移动就会令jack扭曲并遭破坏；小命搞没就不多说了。
撑车
impact wrench卸轮子，很爽。掰不下轮子就使劲踢两脚。别去吹blake，有毒。
狂喷kroil，pbblaster之类，被网上鄙视成shit的w40，liquid wrench我没用。
干点其他，收拾工具啥的。

说是不如tie rods紧急。
今天一个朋友推荐我去了一个牌子上写着修各类进口车的本地修理店，店不大，只有4
个mechanics。更换inner tie rods报价大致 $370 （包括alignment)。小店经理说
dealer另推荐换的suction hoses和fluid reservoir其实不用管，因为suction hose
leaking什么的很平常，换油时top off就没事了（真是这样？！）但他说rear rotor磨
损，必须换了，报价$450（包括brake pad）.我同意明天一早把车开去这个店换tie
rods 和rear motor. 但说实话，对rear rotor的价位是否合理没个谱。tie rods他还
分了parts和labor价，换rotor就一个总价，都是这样么？
去年夏天才换了新胎，还在dealer处作了alighment, 为啥轮胎店和dealer都没提一下

发帖数: 2896 | 10 耗时一个半小时（表笑我），主要时间花在撑车上。自己换油以后感觉7500 mile换一
次全合成，一年也撑不了两次，实在没必要买floor jack。
花费共计69$：
lug wrench 12$
grease gun 12$
3x 3 oz grease 6$
tie rod end 20$+tax
tie rod end puller 15$+tax
其中仅tie rod end和3oz grease用掉了。相当于24$，其他工具就归我了，嘿嘿。几年
前在修车铺换过另一边的，150$ for parts and labor。
过程和 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zv5zpAsn2FE 里的差不多，就不多说了。其中用puller还是没有想象的顺利，要把puller的螺丝拧很紧tie rod end才能拔出来，害得我拧上-松开了几次，以为自己哪里弄错了。
换过之后药到病除，转方向盘不响了。方向盘好像轻了一点，也许是心理作用。拆下来
的原厂球头看起来一点也没坏，就是油干了。外球头离刹车近，经常受热，而且风吹雨
淋的，13年油也该干了。换上的新球头是gre |

个扳手拧也拧不动。拿火烧了outer两次，还上了点penetrating liquid，也不成，不
知道隔一夜会不会好点。由于Outer tie rod end的形状，直接拧Inner tie rod end的
工具也套不上去，socket什么的就更不行了。我估计是Inner tie rod end的问题，因
为和outer紧贴着的那个螺母也拧不动。
反正inner和outer都得换了，除了锯断inner，还有什么办法么？附个图，outer（1号
）无法从已经松动的inner（2号）上拧下来。 |

to tie the backup knot. a figure-8 is already backed up. experiments show
that an overhand is already as strong as a figure-8. if your gym asks you to
tie the back up, just do it.
in fact, I almost exclusively use a bowline to tie in when I am sport
climbing now. a figure-8, even with a yosemite finish, is hard to untie
after a couple of leader falls.

要散架似的，忍无可忍，卸下轮子发现左边Outer Tie Rod接轮子处的Seal已经开了花

根本没法下手.
真不知道哪个傻逼给设计的,怪不得volvo破产还连续被人卖了2次.
当年人家要我换,我想了半天才想出一个万全方法,买个rotary tool和dremel的
ez lock starter kit(这个最便宜):

然后把inner tie rod的杆子连根切断,只剩下球铰部分,然后用rotary tool在
圆形球铰外面刻出一个6角形来,然后再在autozone借了个30多毫米人家拆axle nut
的套筒来,用榔头砸进去,然后用break bar或者impact wrench把剩下的那截inner tie
rod给打出来. |

许要看具体车型吧，我的老escort的tie rod一个只要不到30块。alignment倒是不算贵
，我在midas做一次要被charge 100块呢。如果觉得价格合适就做了。你现在单做
alignment划不来的，因为将来换了tie rod之后，正规做法还要做一次alignment，要
不然轮胎偏磨很快就完蛋了。但是有的师傅手艺好有窍门，可以不用做，能不能碰上就
凭运气了。不过我看这些连锁店怕是不成。 |

tie rod也会响吗？

约了专家 一看还有lip tie 建议全部手术做掉
需要全麻 手术估计半小时 全麻后wakeup 需要40-60min
我们网上查了很多信息 各有各的理
我们主要担心全麻 说有可能会影响以后的learning 但是儿医说只要全麻时间不长 且
不是多次全麻 基本没有问题
我想问问大家有没有类似的经历 分享一下 谢谢 |

好像舌系带过短，需要剪一下，跟儿医第一周就说了，他没当一回事，第二周强调了一
下，才让去看lactation consultant，周五见了，确定不但是tongue tie，而且是lip
tie，下一步要见eye nose ear specialist决定是不是做手术，有点担心会不会overdo
呢？想请问大家的经验
这里真是效率底下，一拖就两个多星期了，这样每次先胸喂，再瓶喂，再泵奶，好累啊
！哺乳有障碍的，可以事先查一下这个，免得走弯路 |
