发帖数: 61 | 1 最近不知怎么了，连着吃了三张parking ticket：都是在家门口（三藩）：第一张90刀
说我堵了crosswalk，可我以前也在那儿泊车都没事；第二张55刀是我没记清扫街时间
，可也只停了10分钟，就吃了一张ticket；第三张50刀今天说我没打方向盘（是在下山
坡），看时间应该是早上刚送完孩子回来，可我明明打了方向盘。
非常郁闷，1。觉得是不是被人盯上了，怎么老是吃ticket
2。觉得第三张，第一张ticket不公，有没有地方申诉一下。另外想查查几次开ticket
的人是不是同一个。
有人有类似经验么？交罚单都要倾家荡产了。万分感谢！ |

发帖数: 601 | 2 我经过类似的事情。开始也是打了好多电话，就是没有记录。根据电话里一个court的
人的指示，在ticket上说的日期去了趟court, 拿了一个去了court但court没有记录的
证明。court的人说还是要定期查， 加州的警察可以在两年(也可能是一年内)给court
上交ticket.
过了半年，以为这事都过去了，收到一封警察局的信，原来那个警察ticket有一项信息
没填，所以court不接受，现在把这个信息加上，不影响ticket的有效性。NND。。。没
多久，court那就能查到case了。

发帖数: 921 | 3 出了车祸，我的责任，警察给了张175刀的ticket-- fail to yield right of way-
left turn，现在要上庭，不知道是要求defer还是减钱？
1.defer的话，要交150刀的管理费，DMV暂时没有记录。缺点是12个月不能有任何
ticket,否则这张ticket的175刀还要付，也会上DMV的记录。优点是近期要renew保险，
保险公司涨保险时，可能只涨车祸那部分的，不涨ticket的（因为DMV没有记录）。
2.要求减钱的话，因为过去记录良好，最后付的可能会少于150刀，比defer付的钱还少
。但是保险公司估计在涨保险时，会把车祸和ticket一起考虑进去。
现在矛盾中，有经验的给出个主意？谢谢！！！ |

then normal reward ticket is not qualified to use for this flight. |

I didn't have any parking tickets except the one I mentioned that I didn't
stop on red and was caught by the camera. According to WA law, it is
considered as parking violation, although it sounds like a moving traffic
violation...
So basically, in my whole life, I got 3 moving violation tickets and 1
parking violation ticket.
My out-of-pocket is 200+124=324 dollars plus at least 20 hrs doing the
research and going to the court....

我比较拖拉了，快到15天才处理这个事 怕来不及都想交钱了事的，可是觉得就是寄支
票去也来不及了，就打ticket上的电话到court去问，他们说还没有处理这个ticket，

之前收到就行 其实这么算一算 都超过15天了好几天了， 我还很担心的问那就超过15
天了 我会不会有麻烦？ 超过时间，不会被抓起来之类的吧，那样的话就是多交10倍钱
我也不想惹这个麻烦， court的人就笑了 让我不要紧张 不会有那种事情。
我觉得你要打电话去问，什么时候你的ticket被处理到，这个court的人才知道 好像规
则并没有那么死，但每个ticket 处理的前后不一样，如果你担心 真的要打电话自己去
问，钱收没收到 他们都查的到的。 |

200 Key Highway上违章停车。可是我自从买车以来就没去过Baltimore,10月30号也都
在学校，这张ticket真是莫名其妙。
而ticket后面也只给了缴费的电话号码。
请问有办法argue掉这张ticket吗？是找开ticket的人还是找MVA解决？

我讲讲我知道的纽约州和新泽西的大致情况。
1. 纽约州
拿到ticket后，你可以认罪直接交钱，涨点涨保险费。
你也可以申请出庭。然后就是你和警察玩藏猫猫，去推迟几次，
盼望最后那次警察不出庭，那么你就赢了。如果警察出，那么你
就输了。
有一种情况你能赢，那就是警察把车型，车号，车的颜色等等，
或者路名写错了，那么你就赢了。
有一个例子，一位老兄在buffalo附近无人的地带超速30多，吃了
张300+的ticket，警察高兴极了，把车的颜色还有车牌都写错了，
（也很可能是吃ticket的人故意把自己家另一辆车的registraion
给了警察，让警察犯错），出庭赢了。
2. 新泽西
拿到ticket后两个选择，一个是交钱，涨点涨保险费。第二个是appeal。
但和纽约州不同，你第一次出庭时，你可以选择先见检查官，检查官就和你
做交易，如果你愿意多交钱，就能把点数降低，把offense变成轻的一种。
如果不同意交易，那好，你就上庭对法官说要trial。法官就会再给你一个日期，

路段：某高速，大概12miles，单向只有一车道，多是山路，转弯上坡很多，全程有很
多限速牌，估计不下10个，最高55mile，低的有30mile， 45mile之类，在某些转弯或
者上下坡处会有这些低速限速牌。
我那时刚从另一条比较平直的高速拐入这条山路州内高速。开了了大概2miles的样子。
我看到一辆车在高速左边的小路打算拐入高速，没亮灯前已经有不好的感觉，完了这下

栋公寓共用的。中间有一栋公寓的doorman特别神经病，经常打电话叫警察过来开

的物业管理部门去，要不然以后我们还有得烦。
我后来又去找中间那栋楼的那个神经病门卫，他还是矢口否认。但大家心知肚明，警察
局都确认是那栋楼的门卫打电话过来的，每栋楼只有一个门卫当班，谁都知道他最喜欢

selling 2 Lower Box Tickets to any giants 2011 Home Game (except Opening Day

elmhurst的broadway某路口有个No Stopping(all day/all time)的牌子，牌子前有白
色斑马线的一块区域。我停在距离这牌子大约65feet的路边，当时白色斑马线旁边就有
车趴在那，我是平趴进去空位的。而且趴进去后，距离我的车前方大概一个车位的位置
，就有一个正常的只有周一才扫街的牌子。我以为就除了周一都可以停。当时以为No
stopping的牌子只管白色斑马线区域，不懂它竟然还管旁边2-3个车位的区域？！
现在车窗上塞了ticket。100多刀。我有余地argue么？要去上庭还是怎么？觉得有点小
冤枉啊。
这种情况要是没戏的话，请帮忙给个能给ticket打折的网站吧，以前听说nyc的ticket

额，记得刚回到美国2010年时候，车保险还是700多/年/每车，今年涨到1200/年了，这
保险越来越不象话。
话说本周我要上庭去appeal a speeding ticket.
那次我确实有点马虎，本来开在最左边的lane, follow the traffic,中间道都是大卡
车为主，最右侧没有什么车，因为正好是高速上很空的时候
突然之间，感觉前面的车都哧溜哧溜地并到中间道去了，我和我老妈聊天聊的high，
也没顾上多想
后来看警灯闪我，被停路边，竟然开了个张speeding ticket 给我，主要是左侧道一般
用来超车，估计是嫌我开的慢（75迈的速度）
然后给我了开了speeding ticket, 说标准速度是65迈，你妹，整个高速上当时没有车
是低于70迈的好不？她怎么不给每个人开一张... 阅读全帖 |

刚搬到加州不久，在san mateo开车的时候拿着手机看了一眼gps被警察看到了，拿了个
ticket
ticket一共是162刀。
除了付ticket，还有什么别的处理办法吗？

想一想夜深了，车少，距离也不远，警察也估计在打盹，于是就冒险上了路。结果忘记
打headlight了，
被警察stop了。然后给了我3张ticket，一张是说我permit不能单独上路，232$；一张
说我没开headlight，232$;一张说我没带registration，232$.然后让拖车公司把我的车
给拖走了。我一个人在寒冷的夜风中穿拖鞋走回了家。一夜没有睡好啊，要是都得交，
我要破产了！！
20天后上庭，第一张ticket我准备这样argue，我送的朋友有国内的驾照，我就说我
以为
国内的驾照也算，不知道行不行？
第二张ticket的确是我错了，我听说新手第一张ticket可以免掉，不知道有没有这
回事？
第三张，我的确是不知道要把registration 放在车里，我以为保险和驾照带着就o
k了。
我跟法官这样说，能不能免掉啊？
我现在很后悔，惨痛的教训啊！ |

我知道的最高的ticket是3000（一张）。
有些tickets，比如在school zone犯规，carpool violation，
highway littering，一旦抓住都罚得非常狠。 |

几天了，不容争辩的给了一张ticket，说我可以上庭跟法官说。我明显记得我年底确实
寄信更新了，但是那一阵子忙实验，最后把有没有更新完全给忘了。拿到ticket当时一
下高速就去DMV更新了，顺便问了确实他们没收到我的更新记录。我也不清楚是我最终
忘了更新还是信封没寄到，反正也没证据。问别人说交几十块钱可以不用去法庭。但是
我想反正也不是大不了的，而且我记录还是很不错的，想上法庭跟法官求情把ticket去
掉，也算是第一次上法庭体验一下，不知道大家怎么建议？假如法官不通融，我是不是
要多交败诉的钱？我在Virginia |
