gotten those on board means initial safety check before plane took off
failed. The ONLY proper procedure was to conduct a more thorough safety
check. The captain took a calculated risk, but that doesn't mean it was the

我发现这件事情很好的揭示了中国人对美国的法律系统有多陌生，一知半解。一边批评
着Asian不关心美国政治，不融入主流，一边却对thoroughly studying 美国复杂的法
律系统完全没有兴趣，只会振臂高呼，却不会身体力行，所以只会被system
manipulate.
其实看过很多报导，说梁警官在家以头撞墙，说宁可自己被走火打中，再结合他一点动
静就开枪走火，还不如当初defense strategy就用心理原因更令人信服。反正已经肯定
被警队fire了，不如多强调自己新人进入高危地方，高压下心理崩溃。extreme
emotional distress. 在量邢前这其实也可以用的，来plea for lower sentence 甚至
在assign correctional facility 的时候被先分到halfway house接受治疗，不然警察
入狱绝对受摧残啊。不过判决都下来了，接下来真是听天命尽人事。 |
