我认识独生子女代较为任性和脆弱，并不能算是当代年轻人“不知进退”的主要原因。
事实上各时代的年轻人，尤其是读了点书的学生，相对同时代年长者都“不知进退”。
用中国的古话讲，就是少年不识愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁。用流传甚广，但我查不到确
实出处的外国话说，a person who is not a XXX before thirty has no heart，and a
person who is a XXX after thirty has no brain ，其中XXX 可以选择liberal ，socialist ，
或其他。因此年轻人和年长者在政治态度上，总是有代沟的。
按照我的看法，年轻人有多“不知进退”，其实是和他们的师长们在这方面对他们的教
导有关的。如果某家的父母1989年初夏在天安门狼狈逃窜，那么除非他们坚定地让后代
也吃政治饭，否则即便他们对自己的独生子女再宠爱，也要在孩子上大学时反复嘱咐：

。 因为租房之前交过3000的押金，所以这次要全部没收并且还要补交1000。 本人在其
他州租房很多次，第一次了解到还有这种规定。
小弟以为lease上签订了日期，就是默认到期那天就要走，没有必要额外再给租房公司
提前30天的notice。
不过回家后仔细看lease，发现上面确实有这么一条：
