GDP growth. Europe, on the other hand, tends to revise up the GDP growth.
Grantedly there's no one perfect one of doing this.
As long as this is done consitently, the market has priced it in its

是半个世纪前的语言而且错误不少，所以，重新翻译了一下，供大家研究。
其实，感到《波茨坦公告》写得很牛逼，估计是美国已经造好了原子弹，底气十足。
但相比之下，《开罗宣言》由于产生于1943年12月1日，相对比较笼统，遣辞也保守了
很多。
当然，至于日本的领土，国家，军队，产业等界定，有些说得蛮具体，可以搞一搞。

各位加州的同胞们，大家好，我是洛杉矶世界日报记者张越。有关SCA5的讨论，现在是
华裔社区最为关心的话题。本人已经采访过所有的当事人，包括三个投赞成票的华裔参
议院等，以及共和党方面的人，并且做了大量的相关报道。
毫无疑问，加州华人的未来已经到了最危险的时候，现在的状况已经非常紧急，大家不
要再讨论下次到底是投民主党还是共和党这种问题了，现在的问题是，如何将让这个提
案在加州众议会（assembly）死掉，如果一旦拦不下来，走向公投，那么到时候就算大
家吵破天，也回天乏术了！而且这也正中了提案发起人贺南德兹（Ed Hernandez）的下
怀，因为他已经至少提出过三次类似的提案，最后都被州长否决了，他这次就是要绕开
州长，搞个公投。凭借墨裔在加州的数量，公投肯定是没有问题的，到时候华人哭都来

标 题: 对星岛的同仁表示失望，本人再次提醒华裔提高警惕

星岛昨天在报道了华人向周本立陈情抗议的报道后，突然峰回路转，开始为SCA5洗地。
说贺氏和加大以及周本立都保证SCA5通过了也不会实施种族配额制，还说该提案只会照
顾少数族裔，不会影响亚裔入学等。本人再度提醒大家，不要被政客和官员的说辞所蒙
蔽，况且UCLA校长在公开信中明确表示UCLA的学生组成不能”反映“目前加州的多元化
状况，丫痛心疾首。
言下之意，是学生组成”应该反映“族裔构成。但这一宏伟目标如何实现？除了强制的
种族配额制度之外，谁还能想象出第二个快速有效实现丫所谓的”多元化“方法？他已
经把话说的如此露骨了，就差说出”种族配额“这四个字了（哦，不对，是两个词~~）
，华裔们，你们还没听懂吗？还需要贺氏和UC的官员用廉价的口头承诺就把你们搞定吗？
