One of the stocks hedge fund manager David Einhorn has been recently short
is being taken private at a 78% premium.
On Monday, Keurig Green Mountain Coffee, the maker of K-cups, said it's
being acquired by JAB Group for $92 a share, a deal giving the company a $13
.9 billion valuation.

I will be relocating to this area in summer but certainly not familar with
the locals. My vague impression tells me that NH has overall good education
, but was surprised by the so-so schools in Nashua and Hudson. The housing
in Hudson looks tempting, but without good schools this does not mean too
much. I have three little ones (oldest will go to Kindergarten this year),
so public schools probably the best option.
