现在先在家复习一下心电图吧.VENT其实不是那么可怕的,记住几个参数,
alarm off就吸一下痰.这里给intubate的病人吸痰很容易的,比国内容易多了.
chest tube也不是那么吓人的.记住水封瓶 |

早上6:50am到,先去telemetry看肝昏迷的重病人,记下lab,然后去floor看其他三个病人
,问问他们的CC,看看有没有什么新的lab,vital signs.
然后7:30morning report,又被分到一个病人.
morning report结束后,都8点多了,赶紧去telemetry,准备准备,以为要present,在
telemetry查房的时候.结果被告知一个不幸的消息,我的肝昏迷的病人的血,lab抽不出
来,这下只好自己抽了,好在有两个M3学生,三个人,一起去找那些tube, gauze,alcohol
pad, butterfly needle,然后就是一个M3先抽,抽不出来;我接着抽,还是抽不出来,最后
只好,另一个M3学生抽了radial artery 动脉血.然后有去regular floor看了下刚分给
我的新病人(chest pain, gerd, huge gastric henia),病人还好,交代了他要bed rest
, keep iv fluid,他不想吊水,也不想睡在床上.

我今天命苦，short call, covering telemetry, 早上code blue两个，都死了。下午
又去ER收了两个到telemetry.我的命好苦啊，今天。
护士们大部分都还不错，上班才三天的时候，哪个护士好，哪个护士懒，我就能分得清
了。有的护士真是太过分了，但是一定要用自己的能力去把懒护士也给搞定！ |

opening are night shift here. The hospital that give me the offer only has
three day shift openings-CVRR/ER/Infusion therapy other then telemetry or
regular floor. I applied infusion therapy too, but someone ahead me got the
offer.

EVERYONE couldn't tell. It pefectly explains why you have no logic in your
arguments.
For other people who are curious, here's a very brief explaination to show
why people working at receiving stations would notice. If moon landing didn

是世界上空战性能最好的F-16之一。雷达、电子战、对地攻击能力大幅加强，

靴子终于掉到地板上了，这不是微软的第一次裁员也不会是微软最后一次裁员，而且以
后越来越频繁。
MSFT的移动策略全面溃败，现金牛枯竭，
不管Terry承认与否windows phone已经全面失败，市场份额几乎可以忽略不计。
移动平台架构一变再变，让开发者无所适从，健康的ecosystem一直没有建立起来。
相比之下Android平台经常几个月一个小release，一年一个大release。如果抛弃成见
，它的进步你可以看得到。而WP 8.1 的release，做了这么长时间，就做了这个玩意？
现如今，连诺基亚也完蛋了，中国的工厂研发，号称要搬到越南去（然后去印度？）好
吧，衷心祝愿他们开模顺利，下一代产品能够按时上市。做一次以后就知道啥是供应链
，啥是产业集群了。电子产品made in china是有原因的。
