发帖数: 24 | 1 刚刚买的2016 Volvo XC60发现Volvo on Call没法用，打了电话给客服尝试各种方法，
认为是Telematic module的问题，让我去dealer service换一个——WTF，刚刚买的就
有毛病真TMD倒霉，不过换就换吧～
在dealer那换过那个通信模块之后正想离开，想想还是看看有没有刮坏什么吧，于是下
来检查。WTF，亏好没有直接把车开走，结果让我发现hood上一道刮痕，车门上两道刮
痕，车身上的塑料小挡板给磕了非常的一小块漆——车被磕碰是肯定的，可是没想到是
在dealer呀——WTF！！！service dept manager同意帮我免费修理～不过想想他那么
热情的接待我，难道他早就知道这些问题。
于是回到家网上先投诉Volvo，然后再打电话给Volvo再投诉，要求补偿$500——一个礼
拜之后发邮件说可以补偿$500刀的credit用于购买Volvo的附件。附件要他做啥？继续
回邮件要cash，不到一个礼拜今天说给现金不过需要4-6周时间～
早知道就要$1000刀——各位的新车去做Service留个心眼，走之前看看是不是被刮或者
磕了～ |

上网做了些reseach后才发现打刚开始的时候填个人信息后就搞错了。职业一栏居然填
了个sales.后面还有一大堆信息填的不适宜。

配置上么，随便看了下，下面的t&c标配，odyssey touring 没有

程序网上都有，只要确定你的车里有combox就可以了，就是trunk后面的垫子全部揭开
，看到有个铝盒子，上面写着combox就可以了
具体bimmerfest上都有
2015 enhanced bluetooth和usb都是328i标配了
2014年以及以前美国大多数车应该都有combox，因为美国的标配有bmw asistance， e-
call，这个就要求有gps，然后bmw干脆就都配了telematics combox
刷了之后，可以蓝牙streaming，usb接iphone后可以看短信，有专辑图片，还有很多很
多其他小功能
15年之前这个option 卖600，但是其实就是软件不同而已 |

我上个月准备去本地一家Lexus dealer试驾，原本在邮件里异常热情的小哥相当冷淡不
说，而且我要试的车竟然也不在。要试的车是个CPO的GX460。我之前一天明明是跟他确
认过，第二天一大早来试驾。结果他告诉我说，那车被他们manager开着带全家度假去
了。小哥淡淡的说，要不你周一再来吧。
后来写了个投诉邮件到Lexus北美总部，Lexus总部的回复是他们控制不了旗下的dealer
。基本上dealer可以随意处置自己库存的车，譬如说是开着出去度假。
