政治化在欧美最主要体现是垄断，既得利益者不愿意开发新市场，
WiFi技术不发展也有同样的原因。各大电信商在参众两院都有众多的lobbyist，
数量不比石油汽油公司少多少。
垄断反过来使得市场变得更加政治化。市场政治化，风险极大。
正经做生意的不想趟这个浑水。
苹果谷歌都只做终端。不愿意做网络基础建设和运营。
恶性循环，越垄断越政治化，越政治化越垄断。
同样的，中国市场也是如此，华为中兴能够跑出来，政治原因是主要的。
理解这些就能理解美帝为啥封杀华为中兴了，第一意识形态问题，
第二垄断问题。华为中兴在lobbying上花钱太少甚至没花钱，根本摸不着门，
土鳖在洋大人市场根本不会玩。
技术原因其实占得很少。

12月11日彭博社报道，代表10万用户的美国小型运营商组织“农村无线网络协会（
RAW）”已于7日向联邦通讯委员会（FCC）发出书面回应，如果需要被迫调整对中国设
备的依赖程度，需要美国政府提供补助。
FCC曾在今年4月表示，计划以“国家安全”为由，禁止本国电信商拿着政府补助，
去和类似华为、中兴等外国电信商寻求合作。4个月后，美国《国防授权法》从2019年8
月起禁止政府机构购买华为及中兴等的产品，2020年8月起还将“禁止政府从使用这些
公司产品的企业进行采购”。
这次也是FCC公开征集《国防授权法》施行意见，“农村无线网络协会”应邀回复
：按照美国法律，受影响的小型企业应该获得补助。
这份文件并未提及补助的具体金额，其中仅有2家电信企业给出了数字：

法新社星期天（11月3日）报道，中国通讯产业巨头华为星期天表示，该公司已经准备
好在东南亚各地铺设5G 基础设施。此前美国曾多次警告华为技术可能会被北京用来收
集外国的数据。
在美中争锋相对的贸易战中，华为成为关键要素，美国特朗普政府不断警告说，使用华
为的设备会让中国针对其他国家从事间谍活动，华为则一再否认美国的指控。
华为公司全球公共事务副总裁周明成星期天在曼谷举行的东盟会议上说，中美正在进行
贸易战，同时也有一场科技战，华为此刻非常关注事态发展。他还说“我们在这里支持
东盟国家的5G发展”。
东盟10个成员国的人口超过6亿，东盟国家希望拥有最新一代科技以帮助他们能在商业
，基础设施和运输等方面拥有全球竞争力。
