It vividly characterizes the issue of social injustice and income inequality

部门要找一个GPS的应用工程师,昨天刚post到qualcomm的open position上,结果倒好
,现在老板给的简历3个印度人,一个韩国人,我实在是不想让印度和韩国人得逞的。
不过有人会说qualcomm是印度人的天下,有些对吧,但是,总是不招我们中国人,更没
有戏了。
看自己了,有兴趣的赶紧投简历,我知道这个位置确实要找人,挺急的,我们比较亏的
就是export lience可能会耽误3个月,有可能是负面因素的。

你们小公司10年多的资深做了很多系统级,顶层的东西.
对于整体大的产品的把握可能也很深入.
或者他们不是那么牛的analog designer, 但是更适合做project management或者techn
ical management. 因为这十年他们什么都做过了.哪怕都不精.
看你对个人的定位了, 想做技术大牛还是万金油. 后者未必就没有前途

如果不是从TI这种名字出来的。
大公司也绝对不会请小公司这种专家去做project management的
大公司基本 project manager都是要么自己公司出来的,要么同等公司来的
要么是大公司专家,出去project manager,然后回大公司project manager
万金油的缺点是,在小公司pay不会顶级,也跳不到大公司去做顶级。
比较好的,就是在大公司做成专家,pay高,然后去小公司轻松变成万金油。

these can gaurantee the global convergence, but quite slow.
Using sample-path, you may consider using derterministic
optimization tools to solve a seqence of approximating
problems to get better solutions. But it is hard to get global
solutions for general problems using nonlinear programming techn...

器(Super-K)计划是有史以来人类进行的最为复杂的科学试验,这项计划涉及到一个巨
大的地下洞穴、5万吨超纯水和数千个非常轻巧的灵敏探测器,该计划从24日开始进行
。它的目标是捕获中微子。
尽管中微子是宇宙中最普遍的一种粒子,但是由于它的质量会在瞬间消失,又缺少
电荷,几乎无法跟任何普通物质发生反应,要想研究中微子非常困难。因此,与电子或
夸克等其他基本粒子相比,人们对中微子的了解更少。如果一切进展顺利,科学家将能
利用日本的超级神冈探测器,首次探测到中微子的固有特性。这台机器在24日首次成功
发现中微子,在以后的研究中,它应该能更加精确地估算出中微子的质量,并确定控制
