我已经很久很久不发帖了，自从我女儿确诊以后，我就再没有心思在网上发帖和回帖了
。这几天看了一些关于残疾孩子和流产的帖子，我忍不住想说几句我自己的经历，也算

我女儿快三岁了，又漂亮又聪明，可是，她不会走路，而且永远也不会。她患有SMA (
Spinal Muscular Atrophy) 。这是一种genetic disorder，由于基因缺失身体无
法制造一种蛋白，严重影响她的运动神经元和所控制的肌肉，导致肌张力低下。SMA是
一种罕见病，发病率仅为万分之一，由于我和我老公都是携带者（我们都不知道，也没
有家族史），我们的孩子有四分之一的几率患病，我的女儿很不幸。
但是幸运的是，我的女儿不是最严重的情况。Type 1，也就是最严重的情况，孩子一般
不会活过两岁。我女儿属于type 2，医生没说能活多久，只是告诉我们，最终依靠仪器

今天收到房东的帐单了，看了非常的无语, 快哭了.
１个bedroom的小apartment，要＄１０２５。
信最后说deposit＄680都抵掉，多的就不问我们要了。
上来请教，帮我们看看，是不是太黑了点儿, 怎么argue啊?下一步怎么做才好。
我们一共住了３年半，很多都应该属于wear and tear。
打扫我们肯定是认真打扫过的，厨房和厕所都是重点。
仔细看list，厨房和厕所扣的并不多。
帐单如下：
冰箱清洁费－＄３５ (清洁过的，拿wipes擦了好几遍。)
厨房柜子－ ８０(这个绝对清洁过的，同样拿wipes擦了好几遍，非常非常干净)
炉子－６０(这个我认了，觉得合理。毕竟做了快４年的饭)
洗碗机－２５(这个也是擦过的，而且我们天天用，很干净的)
厨房水池－１５(擦的很亮)
厨房地板－３０(很干净)
浴缸－５０(绝对擦过的)
换马桶垫－３０(４年了也应该换了吧，算wear and tear)
浴室水池－１０(是擦过的)
清洁浴室地板－２０(这个接受, 搬家的可能踩脏了）

不过这plumber job也就$175, 大头是tear down + dry + reconstruction, tear down
+ dry 得要$7000, reconstruction不知道还没问，估计连料带工的，至少$2000.
tear down 和 reconstruction我都可以自己做，drying我没设备做不了。只要他们同

我有一个客人，自己管理出租房，最后不按程序处理押金。然后收到房客的投诉信. 有

地毯等之类的东西折旧，完全是针对房东的。因为这个是investment property, 才会有
折旧这一说。根本就没有折旧是针对租客，要求租客付折旧费或者在折旧期满后要租客
去换地毯等等的。租客在使用这些东西时，只要是正常的wear and tear,根本不用付钱
。除非租客对地毯有破坏包括大面积无法消除的污渍，租客应该赔偿相应的钱，但也不
是要把整个楼层的地毯都换了，算账租户身上。
这就是投资房的一点本质，你收的租金，是要用来cover你的投资和维护的，剩下的才
是你的盈利。你不能收了租金，然后房子的所有维护维修和其他投资费用又全部算在租
客身上，那你到哪个法庭都打不赢官司。

干眼症是眼科门诊相当常见的疾病之一，干眼症的症状常见的有干涩、异物感、烧灼感
、眼痒、等几种，很多患者因为缺乏相关知识，发现后没有及时到医院就诊，忽视了它。
干眼症的患者常常诉说自己的眼睛易于疲劳，使得读书和看电视发生困难。不能耐受角
膜接触镜的配戴也是干眼的症状。有时，一个有轻度或中度干眼症的患者，如若没有配
戴角膜接触镜，是不会有明显不适的。配戴角膜接触镜可以扰乱泪膜分泌和分布的平衡
，导致无法耐受角膜接触镜。如果您在日常生活中眼睛感觉异常，您就有必要检查是否
患有“干眼症”，我们所说感觉异常是指患者对气流敏感，夜间或清晨醒来时眼干燥感
严重，不能耐受烟雾等。另外您需要了解的是干燥感和少泪并非是特异性的症状，相反
，有部分干眼症病人诉说有流泪或溢泪，这些听上去似乎是矛盾的，但实际上干眼的不

大肌肉的人之所以要一天一块肌肉，多次重复练习，是为了增加micro tear。Micro
tear多了以后容易增加肌肉纤维数，这样围度容易增加。
大力量练习的人不是以增加micro tear为目的的。他们是不断练习现有的肌肉纤维，增
加每个肌肉纤维的围度来增加力量。
肌肉纤维的围度大了以后伸缩张力就大，比用纤维数凑起来的围度是不可同日而语的。
各人有各人的审美观。你喜欢大围度，觉得帅，那就帅你的，你也可以向别人推荐你的
训练法；我喜欢我的力量练习，我也可以告诉别人我这个方法的好处。
两种方法放在一起，各有各的优缺点，看别人爱选哪种了，没有必要通过拼命证明自己
的方法比另一种高多少来拔高自己。
不过我比较喜欢大力的，用俺的小个子在满身肉棱子的大白大黑面前SO让我觉得很开心
