和幅度都不够，Trump很可能会再加把劲。搞不好年底之前，中国所有的出口
美国的东西都被加到增税的list里面。
如果中国弄个假数据出来，说中国对美国出口减少，矛盾缓和，可能会更好点。
说美国贸易战输了，或者Trump输了的，未免言之太早，这次的贸易战是一个
长期的贸易战，不是一年半年的事情，搞不好要八到十年，就是Trump干完
第二任总统了，都可能还没打完。
当然事实也可能证明我是胡说八道，都是有可能的。

中国加入WTO这么多年，外资银行在中国一直被各种限制，
所以他们的业务一直发展不起来，资金进出也极其不方便。
其他的WTO国家，有几个像中国这样管控金融成这样的，不合法
管，合法也管，限制太多了。
所以，小迪蒙主张一定要和中国立规矩，而且要按规矩行事，
WTO的规矩中国不执行的话，WTO不管的话，美国就该联合自己人
搞TPP，孤立中国，等于是把中国踢出去。
应该不止chase一家对中国有很大的意见，很多人早就对中国不满
了，他们的耐心已经耗光了。
所以，这次的贸易战有得搞了，Trump连任要继续搞，不连任，后面
上来的人也会继续搞。不仅仅是钱的问题了，不开放市场，特别是
金融和资本市场，估计完不了事情的。要是开放的话，中国政府对
这一块掌控会大大削弱。就看中国愿不愿意认怂了。
从企业界，到中下层贫民，美国人的大多数都支持对中国搞贸易战，
逼中国就范了。如果持续升级下去，美华估计也没有好日子过，如
风箱的老鼠，两头受气。

业是个例外，就应该把快被搞死的汽车业保护起来，对进口车加高关税。哪怕我花更多
钱买车也值
上游的钢铁和alu 已经加了高关税，下游汽车业也不得不加，否则更多汽车制造会被
