请教TADs有多层结构，一般指哪些？
：你可以考虑一些特殊的HiC衍生品，在测序之前，通过某些方法做了一步过滤，比如说
：，只有某蛋白质binding的，才会被过滤留下了。
：搜搜promoter HiC还有CHIAPET一类。这些实验需要的测序深度低，但是，好像实验难
：度还挺高，尤其是用抗体进行过滤这一步。

毛泽东外孙女婿陈东升斥巨资收购苏富比拍卖行13.5%的股权，成为苏富比的大股东。
这是陈东升掌控的中国泰康人寿7月27日向美国证券交易委员会提交的文件显示的情况。
孔东梅的母亲李敏是毛泽东与贺子珍的女儿，孔冬梅1996年毕业于北京航空航天大学，
后与比她大15岁的陈东升一起创办泰康人寿保险公司，二人同居，育有三名子女。2011
年底，陈东升与元配陆昂离婚，跟孔东梅结婚。
金融时报说，由毛泽东的亲属执掌的一家中国寿险公司(Taikang Life)已成为苏富比(
Sotheby’s)的最大单一股东。苏富比总裁塔德-史密斯(Tad Smith)表示，该集团“热
烈欢迎”泰康人寿支持其“战略举措”。

Morton Grove’s relatively low crime rate went up by over 15% immediately
after enactment of the ban (12% more than surrounding areas) and has held
pretty steady at just a tad below the national average ever since. There
