Jason Werth, or DLee for this matter. But I have to think that hitters need
to swing at 2-0 pitch or 3-1 pitch, especially 3-1 pitch because it is almos
t certain it is a good pitch to hit. And I believe statistically hitters ha
ve highest hitting average at 3-1.
Now, I probably would not call a hitter who gets a 3-1 count a free-swinger
at the first place. :) |

要想提高杆头速度,获得最大的飞行距离,球员必须根据自身体力和挥杆姿势选择与之
合适的重量的球杆.现在都已经轻量化的木杆的标准重量在300g左右,有些品牌的木杆重量
已经达到了270g(如BRIDGESTONE).因此球员要利用科学的方法来测定选择与自身合适的球
杆的重量.
平衡
以从握把开始14英寸(35.5cm)的位置为支点,握把侧和杆头侧的重量比就是平衡度.一
般而言,Hard hitter适合平衡度较重的球杆,Swinger适合平衡度较轻的球杆.另外,由于球
杆的重量减轻,平衡度也会变轻,而平衡度过轻时会对杆头造成影响,降低球的飞行距离.
BRIDGESTONE的轻量球杆会在杆头侧增加重量,不仅避免了以上情况的发生,而且增加了球
的飞行距离.
重心位置
杆头的重量的中心被称为重心,重心到击球面的垂直点被称为甜蜜点(击球面上的重心
).低重心时能获得高弹道的球,深重心时瞬间惯性较大,增大了甜蜜点的范围,重心能够决

very well with short and mid irons, you can see the results immediately.
However, it goes against the long clubs, specially driver, since Swing and
Tilt doesn't follow the natural movement of body rotation.
I talked to several local PGA pros, they are strongly against this type of
swing, say it will kill your back eventually. I think maybe it is ok for
short irons and wedges, but theoretically, it won't work for long clubs

，不至于把头“推向”右边。在set up的时候，像“big easy”提到的，感觉双眼是通
过鼻尖在看球。keep chin up
第二：看有没有OVERSWING
第三：backswing的时候，如果是two plane swinger，重心应该在右脚内侧，不要过多
右移
可以尝试3/4挥杆，在左臂与地面平行时就作为backswing的顶点，这样的挥杆更
compact，身体带动发力，不会明显损失距离，但consistency会提高很多。

能在swinger和turner上发生，因为要凑击发时机。
室内回响大的确是一些人flinch的原因，有些人给多一层耳塞，耳塞加耳套结果flinch

发帖数: 6011 | 36 前两天版上有兄弟要买1911，我正好也在看，就顺口说了下Para的Double Stack 1911
。Hetzer老大提醒下握把有可能太粗的问题。今天在做IDPA训练的时候，有幸同组的一
个正好有这把。训练结束完后，我问他借来握在手里试试。Para的双层弹夹握把就算对
手相对比较小的我说也绝对没有问题。而我抓lw101老大的P226 MK25 9mm的握把都觉得
大。我打过同样是Double stack .45acp的Glock 21SF，Para的Double stack握把比已
经SF的Glock 21感觉上还要薄得多。
不过如果要买这把的话，不爽的事是自己还要做很多升级。首先在今早5个小时的训练
时，这把Para有4，5次出现FTF。每当出现FTF的时候，Slide都是Locked back，但是
Drop magazine后，magazine里都还有最后一颗子弹。因为IDPA规则，装有子弹的弹夹
绝对不能掉到地上，所以如果是个正规比赛，这位老兄就要被判失去比赛资格(DQ)。这
位老兄说回去要好好研究是同一个弹夹出问题，还是枪本身的问题。另外这位老兄说这

发帖数: 907 | 41 劳动节参加了本地IDPA活动，觉得是个很好的周末户外运动。IDPA会费40刀，每次活动
交一个range fee，在4个小时内射击100发子弹左右，压力不大。有趣的是每次的环境
设定（stage）都不同，都是按照现实可能碰到的情况来设定的。我这次碰到的stage包
括在家看电视时听到门外有响动出门救人，餐馆吃饭时碰到暴徒冲进来，抱着小孩碰到
匪徒劫持了老婆做人质(手里抱个布娃娃，汗），在公共建筑门厅push forward并找电
话求救等等。作为第一次户外射击，第一次打IDPA的超级新新手，打出了一个－0分的
10码swinger靶（补枪），很有成就感。
另外我看到满地都是小白，还有十多岁的小小白也打得很好，华人很少。真心建议拥枪
的华人多多参加类似的活动。一开始参加的是unclassified，只需要最简单的装备就可
以。愿意的话可以参加classifier比赛，和类似装备、水平的选手同台竞技，投入和训
练要求就高一些。

，结果第四发的时候不知道是不是自己扣扳机太快所以trigger没来得完全reset，居然
没有击发。子弹是上了膛的，所以不是FTF。
最后名次是21名。也是第一次掉出了most accurate的前15名。
