掉涂层，因为如果没记错，材料是极轻的镁合金，是跟随daiwa，但镁合金是极易被腐
蚀，所以防锈涂层要注意不被碰掉。sustain fg好很多，海钓是ok的。
你专门又买了个sustain，显然不会只钓一两次，而如果你留意一下，1000~4000系的轮
子材料，和5000系以上的不同，sustain也不例外，原因是海钓ok不等于可以做海钓专
用轮。
美国版的stella，sw系即海钓系，是开始于5000系以上行，日本版的stella，为了应付
海边或者浅海钓小鱼的应用，有海钓系的4000，即stella sw4000，具体有xg和pg，即
超高速轮和大力轮，材料和普通的4000系不同，价格高50%左右。
易腐蚀和材料组成及设计（1000~4000系设计与5000系有差别）仅仅是从spec方面来考
虑，而实际应用中，小轮子有很多不足之处。以前我也走过类似弯路，超轻量级轮子杆

后来人有帮助。很多时候我们尽自己最大的努力去准备，结果如何，交托上帝手中，将
一切的忧虑卸给神，因为祂顾念我们。相信或走或留，有神同在，都会走出一条恩典之
路来。
1. DIY 还是找律师？
各有利弊。我两年前申请NIW时的时候找了律师，律师帮忙写的推荐信。这次申请EB1A
是DIY，主要原因是律师不肯接，理由是引用不过100，把握不大。想想有了NIW的经验
，推荐信再改改，DIY的难度应该不大，于是就DIY了。在DIY的过程中，感觉对于相对
来说比较弱的case，DIY肯定比律师来弄把握更大，因为只有自己最了解自己，也对于
自己的申请更上心，更能挖掘出闪光点。如果你的case很强，属于肯定能过的，找律师
肯定更省心。下面的可以不用看了。

今天收到NIGMS director 的公开信，里面明白着说单个实验室不应该拿到超过三个R01
（除非是clinical research), 并明白指出这个动向的原因是：
1。在钱的总数有限的情况下，一个实验室拿到多的钱就会导致另外一个实验室拿到的
钱变少。
2。大实验室对博士后和研究生培养不利，因为导师的注意力被分散了。
3。从统计上来看，大实验室的成果并不和资金成正比
